Was it Miyavi? Most of the Japanese concerts I've been to have discouraged (flash) photography, but Miyavi is the only one where I remember actually having my camera confiscated after the bag check. It was kind of sad since even Miyavi himself was practically begging people not to take pictures and a minute later a bunch of phones were up.

I'm not kidding when I say "rough" with this one. Mainly posting this attempt in case anyone has some advice on how to fix it. I find almost all of the ROTTENGRAFFTY lyrics I've looked at pretty hard to understand, and I'm not sure if it's just because I suck at Japanese or if it's just the way they're written. All the Engrish certainly doesn't help.
I messed around with the Engrish a bit in the translation to try and make it sound better, but the romaji has the original lyrics.

Really sad to see this. I've always liked your writing style - it is a little formal in tone sometimes, but I always get the sense that you've put quite a bit of thought into everything you say and that you're not afraid to express opinions that go against the majority. In some of the past tradeoffs, even if I disagreed with what you were saying about a song, I always thought the way you were saying it sounded lovely. That's a wonderful quality to have on a forum, IMO. I'm definitely going to miss having someone around that's actually heard of most of the same semi-obscure hair metal bands I grew up listening to as well!

I'm casual when it comes to VK - I only really know the most popular bands, and even then I only listen to full albums by a select few. Open to learning more, but I rarely ever seek out new bands.
For Japanese music in general, probably a Casual Shadow. I'm not picky about genres, but I usually get obsessed with just a few bands at a time and move through a bunch of their releases. I search around for new stuff every now and then to make sure I don't miss anything super exciting, and I'm quick to snatch any individual songs or videos that catch my interest, but I don't listen to full releases by very many artists.

...seriously though, Dog in the PWO doesn't interest me the slightest. I just really digged Haru's older band オーダーメイド (ordermade). They were so all over the place with their music.
To be honest, I actually remember getting an ordermade song from you in one of the MH tradeoffs and liking it.
I can't stand Dog in the PWO's music though, and something about his look and overall vibe is really unnerving to me.
