A lot of 90s pvs have super high budgets, especially in the late 90s when bands like Malice Mizer and Psycho le Cemu were mainstream. I would assume that more money gets put towards costumes and marketing than music videos. Do they still even get broadcasted on t.v.?

I use mozilla too and never see this message... maybe it's from your antivirus software...
