Wakarimashita reacted to Kabukichoatmidnight in Choke to release their 1st Single "NO PROBLEM AT ALL"
That is very true, suppose we will have to wait and see! Previews annoy me with a lot of VK bands these days, like they usually pick the chorus or something which is the most generic part of the song and actually skip all the weird/interesting parts. 😛

The artistry surely looks alike to me. Pretty damn good!

Wakarimashita reacted to Karma’s Hat in DEXCORE new album, "DRAGOUT." release
taste notes: mid period chelsea grin, TOXIC era gazette vocal melodies, no budget home studio sound and a dozen packets of instant ramen warmed over the heat radiating off the macbook battery.

Did they even announce the release of the MV? I don't recall anyone saying anything about it. Anyway! I wasn't expecting them to use a mellow track to promote the new album, but that makes me even more excited for the bangers we'll be getting next month

Wakarimashita reacted to Karma’s Hat in NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST digital single "ONLY HUMAN" 27.07.2020 (+ another digital single 08.2020)
They don't have a whole lot of vk left in their sound. I mean it's been going towards this direction for a while and it's already been a while sing their occasionally really vk sounding first album. I wonder what's their target demo these days.
And the song is fine, whatever. Maybe I'm already so used to how they sound that I take them for granted, but I think Jiluka and even Dexcore have a lot more personality. This is like, a tiny nudge away from being so western that I'd just rather listen to that.

Still never going to be as good as the Cazqui days, that guy is not only a mad good guitarist but an amazing song writer as well. That's just my opinion anyway, nothing they've done since he's left has come close to the "hits" from those days.

Seems like the Richard money stop flowing...

Wakarimashita reacted to Total Saikou in 8P-SB suspends activities
Tbh I'm a little scared that it took a deadly virus to stop them and not any of the critical reception or possibly (can't find any #s) low streaming/sales

Wakarimashita got a reaction from Serox in DIAURA NEW LOOK & 19TH SINGLE
For some reason visual kei and body hair don't really mesh well together, at least in my book... oh well

You never know, perhaps this album is taking them into a new lounge jazz/bossa style.

Wakarimashita reacted to Shmilly in DEXCORE new album, "DRAGOUT." release
From Kagami:
"Honestly I worried a lot because I wasn't sure what people would think about releasing 4 types, but to put it simply I wanted to reach as many people as possible. An album that's easy to pick up for people who don't know about Dexcore. An album for people who see it and think, 'oh, an album from Dexcore. Maybe I'll buy that.' An album that pleases our biggest fans. After thinking and thinking about how to present an album that would please all these kinds of people, I decided to go for 4 types. I hope it can reach lots of people."

I feel you, haven't been this excited for a vk release in years, hopefully it will be worth the wait!

Ah I gotcha! Well I guess we’ll have to see how the digital release goes. Nothing from Japan seems to be shipping to the states as of now so I can likely only do a digital purchase of... as much as I can here.
im just so excited about this release 🥺

Wakarimashita reacted to Tokage in X JAPAN’s Toshi is infertile?
The song ''X'' is actually about how he got his tubes tied and Yoshiki insists on performing it every time just to assert his dominance
