This might be a dumb question but when vk bands have those censor beeps in their songs is it just for show or is there actually an intended word or words there? And if it's the latter is there just certain words that they cant legally use or what's the deal

I dunno if it's a legal thing. Seemed more like a style choice to me. I remember seeing/hearing a few songs where a word was beeped in the audio and ALSO censored in the written lyrics. Usually seemed to be a specific person's name (i.e. *beep*-chan) or some lewd body part. Can't remember the exact songs, my memory is bad.

Has this song by Metis Gretel been incorrectly romanised? 神罰 It is known as Kamipatsu, but online dicts say it is pronounced as しんばつ.

Shinbatsu would be the normal reading of that word. It is always possible the band just decided to read it differently. But I'm suspicious, because it looks very needless to change "batsu" to "patsu" .. I don't think any "b" words are ever changed to "p". (?) Usually only "h" words are changed to "p" in certain situations.

If you're asking about Canada's national debt & the cost of immigration, this topic is out of my area of 'expertise'. Canadian politics is super boring. As I understand it, we have a lot of debt but far less per taxpayer than USA, and it is actually not thaaaaat easy to immigrate to Canada. (plenty of horror stories about people getting tied up in paperwork and red tape for years.. but also, plenty of heartwarming stories about Syrian refugees being welcomed here)

No way in hell am I gonna play it. I'm not the kind of person who likes meeting strangers. But I've been quite amused at the *DANGER* stories. One guy even got into a car accident because he was trying to find a pokemon while he was driving. So.. actually I kind of dread the spread of it in Canada. I don't want anyone climbing into my backyard... =_=

人生ゲーム is the first Avanchick song that I don't like at all. T_T;;;

The Ode to Joy part is actually what I can't stand, lol.
It doesn't really fit the rest of the song, the voices sound kind of terrible, and I don't like the growling on top of it.. and it's used way too many times during the song.
And it's such a well-known tune that I find it super cheesy.
