This! although there have been some releases since they've gone major that I love. their TOKYO MUZiCAL HOTEL album was pretty good, i liked Koakuma Sparkling and Mujouken Kofukuron but RPG, Crazy bunny, and their recent singles have been going to the crapper. Toy Soldier wasnt bad but #9 Garbage was essentially...Garbage. I have yet to completely listen to their recent album. Their theme "Heavy Positive Rock" is now "Positive Pop" or "Pop" You can barely hear the guitars over all the synths and BGM

You and I have similar tastes! I love all of these releases from this year!

UVERworld will be releasing their 20th single, “BABY BORN & GO/ KINJITO“, on December 14th! Originally, UVERworld had no plans for a release, but they decided on the new single after their April tour was postponed due to the March Tohoku Earthquake. “KINJITO” is expected to be used as the theme song of the upcoming PSP game Blue Exorcist: The Phantom Labyrinth of Time (due this Winter), while “BABY BORN & GO” will become the CM song for AXE Fragrance Body Spray. The single will also include remixes of the songs plus a DVD containing music videos and live footage from their concert at Zepp Tokyo on July 27th. UVERworld is currently in the middle of their “LIFE 6 SENSE“ tour and are expected to perform these new songs at their upcoming shows. However, you can hear a preview of both songs on UVERworld's official website right now. source: Jmusic maxcaz. & Jpopasia via NoVaStAR I LOVE UVERworld!!!! this sounds great and the previews on their website for both songs are really great and the saxophone is making its amazing comeback~ http://www.uverworld.com/index.html

8MOwwyzIR-Q The GazettE- SUICIDE CIRCUS (There's just a lot going on in it and it captivates me the whole time. Plus, Ruki actually gets to move around and walk and not just be confined to one spot and I thought that was cool how the circus people interacted with him. Y7XDDYGGG-k VAMPS- Piano Duet (I love the scenario in it how it's mostly Hyde playing the piano inside a room and also how they have a rainy background. I love the rain. nk9EeOBjWBk Alice Nine- GEMINI-0-Eternal (All the meaning behind the lyrics of the song and how it is personified with the PV. The way the members are lined up in a line instead of playing in the usual band formation most 5-member bands are in.)

Well they sho the whole intro all the way to the parts shown on the OHP preview. I gotta say, I really like this song a lot. It's catchy and ever since BLUE, their guitar riffs stand out even more than before and they are amazing as always. Shin sings a melody that makes me want to sing along to and no part of the song so far makes me want to stop rocking out. Only way to finish hooking me on this song is for it to have a sick bass or guitar solo http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xm24nf_vivid-fake-pv-longer-preview-offshoot-w-comment_music?start=160#from=embediframe

SAME HERE!! God, Shadow of the Collosus was the best game of the millenium for me, no joke. And I can say it since its only been 11 years sicne the start of the millenium xD

Man, ever since their first release i thought this band would have promising music but now after the vocalist this was sort of expected...Still sucks, I wanted more stuff from them.
-
I definitely agree with this. But in my opinion, all their albums were great. LOVE and BIRTH didnt leave much of an impression but BLESS had some amazing tracks and SIREN just really got me. having such beauiful compositions in songs like 36.5degreesC and Twilight. I'm really thrilled for this and I love it. I'm not stuck listening to all their songs over again while waiting for 5 month for any news of more stuff from them. And you don't have them wasting space on their album by putting a past single or anything like that. I love this band!!
-
This band is absolutely amazing and I can't wait for this single!! Hopefully this gets released before the end of the year!
-
So they HAVE released only 12 official CD singles? Cause if that's the case then I was right, this might be an announcement of a 13th new single. Wee, first time I predict something about japanese music and I'm right!
-
I don't know if they were mentioned but my favorite Japanese female vocalists would have to be YUI, the vocalist from Do As Infinity, the vocalist of I-Rabbits, and the vocalist of RAMPANT

Daybreak -13 gatsu no Shikisai- I like this song, the chorus sounds pretty cool and i gotta say that the PV was pretty nice. Seems like the guitarists decided to do some fanservice. give it 4.5/5 Be naked- starts off sort of...i guess strange, but it has some nice guitar melody going on and then it gets into this nice tempo and sound. the chorus is pretty rockish to me, not too "rock" but it has this sound that you can bounce your upper body to. That breakdown kind of part was pretty nice it just, it didn't satisfy me too much. 3.8/5 Little Mary to Utsukushiki Nikushimi no Donau- The way this song starts, is it the guitarist with the brunette hair that sings the beginning part? That was a beautiful, cute voice. It has a carnival kind of beat and then it goes into this guitar melody that is so nice. The chorus is lovely with a unison of voices from what seems to be the vocalist and the brunette guitarist. The strings after the chorus makes this song even more lovely. It's honestly a really lovely song of a quality i have yet to hear this whole year. That guitar solo was also "lovely" xD 5/5 i feel you- Wasn't a bad song, i actually thought it was enjoyable. For some reason, I don't have much to comment on it but i give it a 3.5/5 for not entertaining me as much as the first 3 songs. Kimi no Masshiro na Hane- This song starts off nicely, sort of mild tempo and then once the vocals start, it goes into a slower, near ballad, tempo. The chorus sounds very bright and sort of full of hope (dont know about the lyrics). Kind of like something you listen to on a sunny day and it gets your hopes up. The guitar solo kind of sounds like the guitar bridge played throughout the whole song but then goes off into this dreamy melody before the chorus starts again. it ends off marvelously though with the instruments gone other than a small clean guitar melody playing in the background with the vocalist. 4.5/5 All in all, this was a good mini-album, i loved everything a lot except for "i feel you" which kind of bored me on some parts for some reason.

Well how many singles have they released? This could just be them overhyping a new single since they haven't released what in over a year. Just my thoughts.

not in order: UNCERTAIN SENSE HESITATING MEANS DEATH VOICELESS FEAR Nakigahara UNTITLED Guren Reila Crucify Sorrow Without A Trace Before I Decay It might not be my top 10 but when I think "the GazettE," these are the songs that pop out to me or that when I go to them on my mp3, i head for these songs specifically, no matter what mood i'm in

Ok, i haven't entirely listened to this album but i already have some favorites such as Future Never Dies, T.F.F.B, Bash Out! and Scars. Sadie...Nice job!! I loved this single. Rosario- Honestly, this song on the first listen...i felt like Mao's voice was barely audible but now I hear it more. The guitar riffs are great and I love the melodies. Those bands that have screams in them, I always find the vocalist to have some attracting clean vocals and Mao is one of them so I really enjoyed the chorus. I loved the solo, and this is the only time I can agree that this sounds like Dir en Grey...it does kind of sound like DIFFERENT SENSE's solo but still, it's not exactly a carbon copy of it, it just has its influences in it and Sadie is a band that is influenced a lot by DeG. I loved this song and i give it 9/10 (it wasn't perfect) Suicidal Rock City- Yes, the intro does sound a lot like the intro for VORTEX by The GazettE but I could care less cause I love VORTEX and this song takes its own direction after that intro. This song didn't leave much of an impression but I still enjoyed it. It wasn't a turnoff. I give it a 8/10 Break the Silence- God, this is by far the best song on this single and my favorite Sadie song officially. I loved the screams right before the chorus which is an absolutely great chorus that for some reason reminds of some of the B-sides from their 2010 singles. One thing that always gets me is when the piano is being used in the BGM. My first instrument that came before the guitar was the piano so i absolutely love it and that ending, the way the song faded away with that beautiful piano melody. 10/10 This single blew me away, I really enjoyed it and i give the single a 9/10

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=2056151962665 Sorry about the link, the video was removed by YouTube so it was uploaded on Facebook to a ViViD fanpage. Honestly, I am intrigued by this preview. Shin doesn't sound like he's stressing his vocals or anything and the instrumentals sound great!

Full PV out and yet the album isnt uploaded yet AVMdWgRLvLU

Yeah, the 3rd tracks is really nice. I honestly like Rain Man more though. The way the preview ended with that bass was pretty nice and I hope the rest of the song is along those lines.
-
So now they only have one guitarist who is also the vocalist...Hmm, you would think they would stick together a bit more in honor of Piyo but I guess something must have caused this departure that was serious enough. Hopefully its not crap like "musical differences"

I guess I'm with the people who actually enjoyed this album. I'm not gonna give an individual specific review but I shall talk about the songs. Won't talk about the single songs or OMEGA. This album started off great for me. the intro was dubstep, yes, but leave it to The GazettE to actually make me love a song with dubstep in it. After INFUSE INTO, we get some cool songs, VSW sounds like an amazing live song that I can't wait to see, some great riffs and the guitar solo reminded me a bit of VORTEX's with the whammy and all. That sustained guitar noise at the end was cool to start with but it got annoying real fast because of how long they left it going....they shouldn't do that again. Sludgy cult starting riffs remind me of Linda and i love that song, the rest of the song is pretty "rock out gazette" style. THE SUICIDE CIRCUS, oh my god, i can't stop replaying this song its just so freaking eargasmic. The constant electronic bgm, the way this sounds perfect to be played during Halloween (my favorite holiday) and not to mention the PV which is officially the best PV yet. Ruki actually gets to walk around and interact with things and all the members have something different going on around them, the music, the scenario, it's all amazing and colorful. back to the song, it's great! the parts that got me real good are right when Ruki is singing really fast and the pre-chorus with Ruki talking in the background while he is singing "ohhhhhhh" Uruha, Aoi, reita, and kai continues to rock my soul with a great breakdown right after the first chorus. I loved the guitar effects in this song so much. My Devil on the Bed...I want translated lyrics for this. I hear "masturbation" a lot in it. the song starts off pretty awesome with an "Agony" feeling to it. First drums start the song off, then Reita comes in with this crunchy bassline, and the song takes off! Some of the parts in this song reminds of some DIM work in it but it's a great song. After the chorus, that bass solo is just MMMMMM. UNTITLED, most dislike it, some say it builds up to nothing. I LOVED it, and yet I agree. I feel like it built up on me and then it ended but it stills is an amazing song! I dislike the missing Uruha solo The great part was when I started playing it, i was falling asleep from exhaustion and right when it played the cloudy sky began to rain and the atmosphere and emotions were just so beautiful because of the song. I just wish this song was "ballad length" and lasted 6 minutes or so. I'm interested in what Ruki is singing about, i can't translate the whole song that well myself. Ruthless Deed, starts off very sinister and it keeps it up with a dark aura, Ruki's screams are great, the guitar work is blasting out, Kai's drums stand out a lot and it all sounds great. The chorus somehow gets a bit more lighter in feeling and isn't as dark as the rest of the song and I absolutely enjoyed that! What made me love this song more was the embedding of a acoustic part where the whole song just calmed down before bursting again. I always love The GazettE's use of acoustic guitars. Psychopath, some heavy, sinister guitars start the song off, slide down the fret board, and the songs gets speed! I got some SR feedback from this but it worked out nicely, would've been nicer if it wasn't the shortest song on the album that wasn't an SE. Tomorrow Never Dies, well, glad to see you once again Nausea and Shudder intro riff, I missed you so. For some reason, i get a western style coming off of the chorus but it's the GazettE and it doesn't sound bad to me. I love how it slows down at 2:35 where you can just hear the guitars and Kai's cymbals with a fast tempo right before the guitar solo. It sounds great! The solo, i'm training my ears to distinguish the guitars apart and I'm pretty sure Aoi and then Uruha plays this solo and my god I love it. It's been stuck in my head for quite sometime. This album after listening has left me like this ---> At first i spammed the 2 songs I wanted to listen to from the previews, SUICIDE CIRCUS and UNTITLED. Little by little, i started listening to the album entirely and to this day, small things keep popping out to me from each songs that I haven't heard and I fall in love with the album again. I love it so much and i haven't stopped playing it since it got posted. I'm still waiting for my actual copy to come in.
