You can order it, however I'm not sure they will send you a ticket to the instore if you do (they might do if you e-mail them though).
My suggestion is either: 1. Order it through someone who is in Tokyo and pick up your copy and ticket when you arrive or 2. buy it in the store when you arrive. I did the later one last time I was in Tokyo and Mizeria don't sell enough to sell out instore tickets anyway. (Although you might need to tell the staff that you want to go to the event otherwise they may not give you a ticket, I had to do that last time so double check that you actually get the ticket from the staff at the register).

外道反逆者 ヤミテラ(Gedô hangyakusha yamitera) (Yamitera, for short) announced several updates yesterday.
 
The first is that they will be releasing a new single, "夕闇 (Yuuyami)" later this year. Dates and contents of the single have yet to be announced, however.
 
Additionally, they will hold their next one-man show 敬礼!マジ感謝卍 (Keirei! MAJI Kansha Manji ) at Ikebukuro RUIDO K3 on May 29th. Entry is 500 yen.
 
They will also hold a two-man live "vs" Kebyou (仮病) called  闇病 (Yamibyou) at Shinjuku RUIDO K4 on June 28th. SHeepSLeep will also be a special guest at this live.
 
Lastly, the band will hold their 1 year anniversary live 反逆日和 (Hangyaku Biyori) at Ikebukuro BlackHole on August 3rd.

I'm going to the first show on the 5th! Probably with a B-ticket. If it's not a great number i'll just wear platforms and stand a little aside so i can see something through the deep forest of japanese girls hair.  I was like "what the actual fuck?" when i saw the 9,999yen price for the shows before they announced the goods. Still kinda expensive. But i guess a CD, t-shirt and a cheki with the band makes up for it...

I voted koteosa because:
 
1) The vocals are better. When it comes to being chaotic, you need to be able to fucking scream and Kotei bands cant. aliene ma'riage is the only exception but he relies on squeals too much which isn't all that after a bit. Also the clean singing develops and travels in koteosa while in kote is same old bull shit like assagi and yo-ka.
2) Koteosa is way more flexible without filling forced or lackluster. Ballads, pop, some spooky shiii, rock, hard shii
3) better compositions and execution
4) Kote kei cant make a badass song about a banana and apple
 5) Kote kei died with metis gretal, grieva fucking sucks. Sick² on the other hand is just as good as aicle. or better. 
6) Kote kei is irrelevant compared to dimmu borgir  
6) nobody bodies Paradeis
