AoT season 3 OP is just awful. As a song on its own it's meh at best. Yoshiki really needs to find something else to do that isn't music related, maybe working at the conbini. He's wasted so much time talking about this new album that's never coming. What an unproductive life.

Damnit. AoT OPs are always incredible. This is bland as shit. Fuck you, Yoshiki.

Actually yes. MEJIBRAY Company president is rumored to be from Yakuza and he's one of the big bosses of Visual Kei industry now.
Since Koichi and Tzk apparently had some problems with him (remember Koichi stop playing the bass and showing his middle finger in direction of their boss in the end of their concert), yes, they're in blacklist and probably can't do a Visual Kei band anymore. That's what this song is about. 
On yesterday concert they said that CreatO was the only live house that let they play.

can't fathom of any drama less interesting to me than ex-loop ash, but given that they toured/worked together i assume it's something similar, but Sana has fallen so far out of relevancy for tanuki that you'd likely have better luck with european sources. i'm not sure on the details but Too Wild headed by Gloria, the "label" that is/was in charge of the fanclub for Satsuki in Europe was doing shit like milking Sana fans (specifically they had to join the Satsuki fanclub to hear Sana's new song and participate in the Sana fanmeet)... and that's literally the only mention of Sana outside of MASK on tanuki

I keep trying to tell myself this, but knowing that Tsuzuku composed relatively decent songs from MEJIBRAY (such as baby crossing, 躁と鬱と境界 (Sou to Utsu to Kyoukai), 【worms】, -XV-, EMILY, amongst others) I'm not even sure it's a valid excuse for the less-than-mediocre composition of this song. This song was just completely uninspired in a way that I didn't even think was possible. Even if Koichi composed it, it's still pretty bad lol.
 
I don't think anyone expected a VK style (I personally expected a ballad or pop song, and we got an extremely poor take on the latter). The song just sounds bad. I think that Koichi's voice has to do with my opinions on it also tbh. I can only hope that it'll grow on me (which is a bit unlikely), or their next release will be better.
 
We've been trying to forget.

My problem with vk in general after seeing many lives over the last years. There is the image of a bandmember that is created and there is the real bandmember that shins through when you talk to them/listen to the MC live. 
Always shocked how many "dark", "depressive" or "heavy" bands are just in fact cheerful guys that love pop music and probably play heavy music because its "cool".
