Spotify suggested Clarence Clarity probably because I listen to Iglooghost a lot... Really wonky, but I love every bit of it. It's this weird amalgam of chopped&screwed + R&B (maybe Prince~ish) + IDM, idk how to describe it.

still can't believe how INCREDIBLY underrated Lament. are, still one of the best VK bands of the last decade or so.

BMTH 2019: Coldplay "jacked our steez" a few years back. Let's get back at them by copying their music.

Seriously tho, it's a really solid pop album. It's what I expected, but feared of getting. Not one song on the album resonated with me the same way as any of their previous works. Their songwriting definitely hasn't lost it's edge, but...it just feels kinda soulless.

does anyone else think that FWD unpacked their kagerou masters mostly because deg's album flopped and their 500 recent live DVDs were all technically a-knot only and didn't necessarily sell out

ppl need to accept that 2010s post-hardcore & crabcore are dead, just like other (micro)genres that have come and gone. just b/c bands adopt genre-fusion and/or give up the emo sweep & skinny jeans doesn't mean they're suddenly "radio-rock" sellouts, lol.
