      I'd like to, but compiling everything every time you install a program just doesn't make sense and wastes a lot of time imo. I find Arch Linux more reasonable from that aspect.

      Haha, I was /g/ meme-ing there, but yea Arch is def. the most flexible to work with/customize from what I understand.

      Yes, it is! I'm personally a big fan of DIY and anything unopinionated/absolute minimum that lets me build something on top of; e.g. foobar2000. <3
