It's been a while since I cranked a Band Battle thread, but I thought this would make for an interesting match up! I've seen both Kizu and DIMLIM referred to as saviors of modern VK, but which band is MH REALLY feelin' the most? So, as always - which band do you prefer, and why?

the absolute mildest of takes ever but i still dont see the appeal of basically any shounen ever, maybe something like hxh is ok but for the most part everything just seems to be just run of the mill action and power of friendship bullshit. id honestly find more entertainment from some tasteless ecchi/borderline hentai borefest where basically every mc is just some guy constantly horny but never gets to fuck 

I was gonna lose it if they were already announcing new music lmao but this is still a fire look

The only br00tal kei bands coming to mind rn is like jiluka, dimlim with issei, dexcore, nocturnal bloodlust, madmans esprit, nazare

Warumono only has 3 songs out but theyre probably the newest band to sort of sound like rshitei

so i actually wanted to put together a list of some "must listens" of older bands cause im in my 2nd vk phase of being obsessed with and currently im just crazy about a bunch of new modern bands but during my first phase i did check out some older bands but they didnt stick to my memory, so besides the ones listed here what would u consider some essentials of the genre 

so far im looking at binge listening to malice mizer, rentrer en soi, and derlanger. who else should i add 

If only there was some kind of... archive of sorts, on some video upload website... hmm...
