This is totally unexpected. Apparently Hinata cut off contact with all members, deleted his twitter and later told the manager that he did not want to play guitar anymore. My Japanese is not very accurate, but it's something like that. But yes, I believe there are more things for him to get fired like that. I really like Jack Caper, I accompany them a long time ago and I really believe that the members were very close. It's strange to think that no one has tried to stop this situation...

The message says that they were not able to get in touch with him on 2018.12.24 while they had set a time so they went to his home but he was not here. Instead of telling that they could not contact him they said that he would not perform with them at their live on 2018.12.24 because of health issues.  At 9 p.m, the manager received a message from him saying that there were several things that he could not tell, that he did not want to play the guitar anymore, that he did not want to perform anymore.... His Twitter account was deleted.
The manager called Hinata to say that they wanted to talk and meet with him. As he was not feeling well, he said that he would go once he calmed down and then the call was cut out.

2018 is the year that my favorite bands decided to end up, ugh. Go to hell ains.

Cazqui and Daichi will leave Nocturnal Bloodlust as of their 12/16 performance at Shibuya STREAM HALL.

The reason behind their departure is due to financial issues between Cazqui & Daichi and two employees of their label, as described here.
"Two individuals involved in the financial management of Nocturnal Bloodlust's label (henceforth A & B), were previously negligent in the disclosure of income & expenditure pertaining to Cazqui & Daichi. With a growing sense of distrust, both parties requested disclosure of income & expenditure from A & B through a lawyer, where personal usage of money and large amounts of unaccounted-for expenditures by A came to light.
 
In addition to the unacceptable behavior within the label mentioned above, Cazqui and Daichi have not yet been paid song production fees and merch design fees, and on the basis that they feel that can no longer continue NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST's activities in such an environment, nor provide high-quality music or performances to fans, they will be leaving the band as of the end of their scheduled activities within the year."

It seems that he is somewhat OK now.

Money doesn't set this right. The child is still suffering by what is being translated. That man is very probably a risk for society. That much is clear. As a victim of him herself and the mother of another one this should not be the course of action IMHO. I don't know anything  about her motivation to do this or the bigger picture but I feels wrong Kisaki being able to buy his way out of THIS ONE.
 
Also, if she has trouble meeting/contacting him DON'T DROP THE LEGAL CASE YOU DUMB DUMB. IF HE PRESENTS HIMSELF IN COURT YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO HIM. IF HE DOES NOT, HE WILL BE DETAINED AND YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO HIM! What the actual fuck are you doing!?
 
I understand that having someone trying to dry you out of money to stop a legal procedure is fucking horrible, but you should not be complying after trying to get congressmen involved. It's easy to say (and probably unfair, so sorry for saying it, but I am just speaking out of my heart here) but if she endured all that abuse before coming out with the info, she probably can take it all the way. Has her case weakened? Has he presented or has evidence diminishing of her claims? What's going on? Her new actions make no sense. Is Kisaki impersonating this lady to damage control and taint her image so she appears to be a gold digger? I really don't know if I'm even joking about this. Seems like anything could happen now. 
 
 
On the topic of "this damages Vkei" I have to agree. It snowballs with terrible precedents. But assuming his bandmen knew precisely to what degree this guy may take things is going a bit far. It's clear nobody wants to work with him for the most part, so he was at least very disliked or even abusive on a work enviroment. But that doesn't mean people knew everything or were OK with it. 
 
The bigger issue here as far is what scene go is that Vkei doen't seem to be able to shake out it's bad rep.
