i could be wrong, but it's a newly implemented feat that likely hasn't reached many of the sellers. note that these are typically individuals, not businesses, that have to ship out their products first. it'd be understandable if people wouldn't want to partake in that in the first place, tbh.
using the search bar on buyee's mercari mock site feature, what appears after searching your desired item seems to be what sellers are willing to do the whole buyee transaction thing

Just a random picture, I think. Here's a terrible rumor about the all-mighty Tsuzuku because I know you all just love him, lol: I remember people saying he's emotionally abusive and would self-harm in front of girlfriends to manipulate them. I almost hope it's true because I can't imagine anyone being sick in the head enough to make that one up. Some Tanuki users would say that he hits his (former) bandmates. If it's not true, it makes me wonder why some people have it out for him enough to say shit like that.

The song is about a girl who puts her "spell" on JoJo. If you look at the lyrics, you might understand what I mean. There's merch with "BITCH" on it in the same font. The band might pronounce it as WITCH, but other Japanese people might pronounce it as BITCH, lol. Because of the lyrics, I think the pronunciation is kind of up to you.

Is abuse of a bandmate considered childish these days? Given all of them are speaking out against Urara, I'll believe them for now until proof of Urara's innocence is revealed. Too much against him right now.

He stated that Urara also abused a member (didn't specify the name), and said member didn't want it to be known, and so [Nemu] also kept silent for his sake. He said that he can't forgive Urara for lying, and that they will prove their truth through music. Nemu told me that "[urara] got fired", so he did not withdraw. He was fired.

If it is a spoof discussion, we can laugh at it anytime... but talking seriously in this case, I think that we, as fans, can speak and express our opinion to any thing concerning our favourite bands, but asking for rights, mean that each one has the right to blame others for liking an album that none likes at all, or for not attending the lives, or for not joining the "fanservice" train or for not having weird fantasies about the members... so the rights are a double edged weapon in this subject in particular.
