Also, just to let you guys know, at the tour finale Mahiro was talking about his Retinitis pigmentosa getting worse and was basically hinting that he'll have to stop doing band activities one day.
I don't think it'll be any time really soon but a lot of the girls were crying at the live because of that...
 

Well,I said that I wanted to hear something different from the usual MEJIBRAY, but that teaser was "too cute", look like those kpop idols,and I'm afraid that this turned out in boring pop music.but koichi and tzk are great,so I guess I trust in these guys to bring something really refreshing to the table, since they adopted this "starting over" vibe

DIAURA new concept single, "運命開化" (Unmei Kaika) (1620 yen) will be released on July 18. Released by the band under their name in katakana, "ディオーラ", the single's concept revolves around "neo darkness".

I hadn't seen this topic, but I must mention As'REAL, Malisend and Killaneth as my favorite short-lived bands.

And he recently completed grad school. Is he going to be the first drummer with a legit "Dr." in front of his name? 

Kyo's voice is off putting.

Apart from a couple of nice songs I don't see, and have never seen, what's so great about Gazette. Same for Mejibray. 420 was a decent album, THE END was up my alley but I can't get into anything else. I don't understand the Dadaroma hype. And finally,  Nocturnal Bloodlust probably wouldn't have half the amount of fans they do now if the members actually wore clothes. The thirst in that fandom is real.

Why is Yoshiki considered a great drummer? All he does is sway in his seat like he's drunk.
 
Chargeee is 100x more entertaining and talented.

I also agree w/ the other ppl here who think writing fanfiction about real people is fucking weird & kind of creepy 
 
i kind of dont rly see the point of fanfic in general anymore these days tbh, like, just focus yr creative energy on trying to write something original instead of leeching off other ppl's creations and totally derailing them???

- I like Yohio's solo works
- I hate every song of X Japan except Silent Jealousy
- Kiryu is a horrible band

I say 2017 has been good and bad for Vkei. 
Kuroyuri, Kiryu  and GossiP have awesome singles, Nightengeil is back, and the 20th anniversary of Dir en Grey came up. 
However, the Yoshiki surgery, disbanding of many bands, the two recent accidents, etc. Yeah those are the bad. 
 

- While their songs don't contain the best compositions nor vocals, MEJIBRAY is fun to just casually listen to.
- The tone of Aki's (アルルカン/Arlequin's vocalist) voice is pleasant to listen to despite him lacking the singing technique most VK vocalists use.
- While not fans of them at all, I don't mind the gaijins attempting to make themselves and their careers geared towards VK. Ignoring the fact gaijins are... well, white and not Japanese, their voices typically have the same quality (ex: YOHIO).
- DADAROMA is an absolute joke and THIS IS "LIVE" confirmed that further with the obnoxious tracks both the A and B side consist of.
- I enjoy ペンタゴン/pentagon's music despite the bandmen not being visually appealing in the slightest.

GazettE is not big deal as well but they got so fuckn popular.... so who knows.....

Because of tzk's and Mia's sex appeal. 

I ended up enjoying the new single a lot more than I thought I would. I can't really point out any flaws, Jojo sounds great and all three songs are tight. The only issue I see here are the outfits. It's the worst the gallo has looked lol
edit: was listening through it again and there's a huge lack of vibrato. This is so weird.
