His clean vocals are nice, but at least we know they're not gonna stick to that permanently; like @itsukoii and a few others have said here, I think them not normally having clean vocals sets them apart from every other vk band, which is great. We need more bands that break away from that mold.

everything i saw in that video reminds me kyo/direngrey/sukekiyo somehow
that song is very listenable compared to all that they have done since their debut album

deviloof don't need them. keisuke already sounds so unique in comparison to the usual run-of-the-mill deathcore vocalist and his screaming capabilities are INSANELY impressive with all those ranges and weird sounds n shit he can do, but as a singer he isn't very good? although i guess i appreciate how he's still keeping his voice sorta harsh and slurred and weird rather than totally clean mainstream vk, and doing his own thing.
 
one more thing is that idk, are they doing it to lump themselves in with visual kei more? because vk songs that consist of only growls/screams and 0 clean vocals (not counting deviloof's songs) are heckin rare and don't really exist anymore... the no clean vocals are really what made deviloof stand out to me when i first found them.

srsly i don't understand people in this day and age...
i was VERY surprised by keisuke using clean vokills but I LOVED his execution!
also that part from 1:35 - 2:03 is just pure fucking GOLD!
this song sounds sooooo good and people be like: oh he uses clean singing they become softer - no! they are as brutal as ever and just aside from your typical lame-ass deathcore band they at least don't sound the same with every single song.
it's Vk and VARIETY is key!
 
anyway i LOVED every single second of this and i can't wait for the rest of the album!
already predicting - DEVILOOF - Devil's Proof = BEST DEATHCORE RELEASE OF THE YEAR!!
 
ONLY THING i gotta mention though where they kinda fucked up is at the cover artwork instead of "Devil's Proof" it srsly says "Devil's Ploof" - hopefully on the real CD they wrote it right (but if not oh well after all they are japanese/english....) but other than that - good job guys!

This sounds killer though I love it!

I'm still seething soroban disbanded (even if zoro gave us some bops here and there) and literally no one picked up on their sound - like how many same-sounding oshare bands have popped up since, and none of them had an ounce of the same perfection, auggghhhhhhhh

Nothing new but somehow the MV and the songs are kinda nostalgic to me... When I was used to love their music

Their first release was amazing. I could clearly hear how much Koryu and Tetsuya brought music-wise, Tsurugi added a lot as well on top of that.
 
The other two.... The title songs are kinda weird, which is not the main problem. The b-sides are so vanilla, that a thought appeared that they do them purely to please their female fans.
 
And there's zero-to-none of elements that made their first release to stand out in the world of visual-kei.

This is a good late-Sadie song, the guitar riff does sound Lynch - Devil a bit lol, anyway I liked some stuff from Madrigal De Maria so it's not a surprise I like this even when I couldn't humour anything else they've done as 13.
 
I'm happy with this if it continues. Also btw their look is very nice finally, after having been as much a cheap mess as their musical ideal lol
 
I always love Mao' s gutturals, that's something that sets him apart from his inspiration without sounding like clearly worse lol<3
