Time to glued to twitter to see if the bands I want to see will be in Tokyo while I'm there. I'm wondering if a trip to Nagoya will be worth it to see JILUKA, DEXCORE, and Develop One's Faculties play together. They're on my list for sure, but I don't know if it's worth the trip for the short set lists they'll put on.

I listen to a fair amount of JPop too, but this forum is not really the place to discuss 30 y/o female idols lmao
I heard their first EPs and i'mperfect (my absolute favorite, never gets old), and their newer stuff. I had a lot of their disco on my old computer and lost all of it when it died so I need to look for the rest and catch up on half of their discography 😝

Out of curiosity what are some examples of vk bands in the past, that much like dimlim where it feels like 99% of the consensus (at least among the western online community) that they're solid. Feels like with other popular bands you still had a pretty present vocal audience saying they sucked ie mejibray, deathgaze, kizu etc (wont even bother mentioning obvious ones like diru and gazette)

Nah, don't apologize.
I've traveled alone and accompanied and both have pros and cons.
I suggest you plan stuff together like certain trips and meals, but also give yourselves time to enjoy your own interests on your own. Splitting during a trip isn't bad at all and it can be even for best sometimes. It's easy to get into each other's nerves when traveling with someone.
Get a couple of cheap prepaid simcards so you can stay in touch when splitting and don't be afraid to enjoy a few hours on your own

In Tokyo? It depends on what you like to do. For sightseeing there's Asakusa, Ueno Park, Tokyo Tower and Skytree. Though you can get to the top of the metropolitan building in Shinjuku and get an awesome view instead of paying for Tokyo Tower or Skytree.
There's Akihabara if you are into anime and videogames or maid cafes. Shibuya has a lot to see.
I personally like to look around Harajuku, Ikebukuro and Shinjuku/Kabukichou. Shibuya is a bit too crowded with tourists for my taste but it has cool places to eat and drink. There's this one great yakitori place that has mojitos for like 110¥ lol
Shinjuku northwest also has all the VK stores within a few blocks, and there's a big closet child in Ikebukuro too.

It pisses me off when overly anxious people buy stuff from/through me, ask for SAL shipping fully knowing it can take 2 months (but they don't want to pay EMS) and then pester me a week after I sent it because it hasn't arrived yet. Then again the next week, then again.

Well that DEG concert for Denver (finally) is the same day I leave to visit family in Chicago, and their Chicago concert is on the day I have to return to Denver 😂.

I just had a thought, are all bandmen so skinny cause they can't afford food for the most part?
I absolutely wanted to go in December but plane tickets were hella expensive for those dates.
