Yesterday, for the first time in my life, I got to watch a moonset! I was getting ready for bed when I noticed how big it was and ended up watching it. Then I realized that it was slowly but surely sinking behind the horizon! So I watched its faint light and soft yellow glow slowly ease itself past the rugged mountains... It was like the moon itself was going to bed.

platy reacted to Tsukiyo Yazawa in One more guy which is returning to visual kei
Hi everyone,
I am Baptiste (but call me Tsukiyo), 25 years old. I was born in Vietnam but I grew up in France. I'm living in Belgium currently.
When I was 12 years old, one of my friend who made me discover a lot a musics (rock musics) sent me two videos. It was Gianism Shichi by Nightmare and Garnet by D'espairsRay. At first, I didn't really like those musics, I guess there were too different from what I usually listened and watched. But there was something that was pushing me to listen to them again and again. Some sort of curiosity. After some days, I ended up loving visual kei. It was one of the most important event of my life beacause visual kei influenced me a lot after that. During several years, I was listenning to visual kei musics and I discovered many bands. But sadly, around 2014, most of the bands that I loved disbanded or started to realese more commercial musics. On top of that, I didn't like the new bands at that time. Finally, I stoped being interested in visual kei scene.
But recently, one of my friend (another this time) encouraged me to post my photos on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/tsukiyo_yazawa/ if you are interrested) and I got in touch with some other visual kei fans. This led me to try visual kei musics again and... here I am. So, I hope I will like some new musics because I am a bit tired to listen to the same musics for 10 years.
Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any suggestions or just to say hi. See you
My favorites bands are :
ALSDEAD
D'espairsRay
DIAURA
Lin-the end of corruption world-
Megaromania
NIGHTMARE
-OZ-
Phantasmagoria
Sadie
SCREW
the Gazette
Musics I love the most :
Jukai Ni Saku Ai - SCREW
Eternal Wish ~Todokame Kimi E~ - Raphael
AURORA -destinies of world- - Megaromania

Pretty much everyone from DELUHI. I can't count the amount of bands and failed projects those dudes have started and ended. Breakin' Holiday, Zero Mind Infinity, FAR EAST DIZAIN, Garson, and also Juri and Sujk's solo junk.

yup, fear of failure is a bitch. Getting things that matter to you out there is hard but JUST DO IT! Go put the pen to paper now, literally just touch it down on the paper. That's all you gotta do And whenever you get the urge to work on it, don't ignore it. 2 mins is better than nothing. I struggled with this my whole life which sucks because I plan to work as a full time artist someday and I have soo many ideas for really personal projects but I never get started on them due to fear of failure and commitment and thinking 'who cares about this anyway? Does what I have to say really matter?' . My main goal this year was to just create and finish something. Once I started ignoring the urge to create/put these ideas down things started to flow and I have finished my first project of the year (maybe the first project in 5 years actually), it wasn't easy cuz fighting against yourself is a real struggle 😩. But feels_good_man.jpg
TL;DR spontaneously stop putting it off

platy reacted to Katt in 8cm singles: love 'em or hate 'em?
I actually am a huge fan of them, and like other people here, have trouble putting them next to my other CDs and tapes on my shelves. I really like that some bands actually make 8cm singles from time to time as either a joke or a nostalgia factor. I think for me it is the cute and pseudo nostalgia factor that emulates a "Oh this is like buying a small piece or sample from the band", where I feel like it's a unique piece to have of a band you are wanting to get into or want to collect. Although I hate when bands have a 8cm cd in a normal cd case lmao that stuff is wack.
Really wish there was more stuff like this that wasn't a total gimmick.

I never owned one, but I think they're cute and there's definitely the nostalgia factor.

Man.. I always leave then find myself back here a few years later.
Honestly I'm not even really sure where I am with vkei at this point. I stop listening to it then suddenly some new band comes on my radar then I'm obsessed with it again.
I'm really into bands that sound like Adapter., Transistor Kirac, Metronome, XYXX, Iceman, P-Model, Uchoten, Kyokutou Girlfriend, Kibouya Honpo, Ippu-Do and Speecies. I'm also obsessed with finding all female or female fronted bands. A few I really like are Aldious, Headphone Baby, Necro Circus, Satanyanko, Gusya Ningen, dr.tarantula, Dagashi Kashi, Show Ya and Kyaa-.
I'm not really sure what else to write but I'm pretty interested in finding new music and meeting new people and all the other usual stuff (re)joining a forum usually entails.

You're damn right, I probably should, haha. I've had so many wrist pains, and even back pains, while working on projects for long hours. 😓

One thing you might wanna consider is 10min daily stretches for the wrists and fingers considering your current profession. Better to start now!
