Some other stuff caught my eye tho Horimiya Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi (The first anime movie/series with a wheel-chair user as protagonist?) Maiko-san Chi no Makanai-san And the Sailor Moon Eternal movies

I started a little October project over on my instagram. It's themed around capybaras, this is one of my favorites so far. And I'm really proud of this one 😤

Even though I went for "nah", deep down I still would like to pass on my genes. I don't have motherly instincts, I deeply dislike children and have 0 patience with them. I don't know if I'll ever be ready to sacrifice every second of my life for them. The whole process of pregnancy sounds not worth the pay off and adoption seems ridiculously challenging. To top it all off I don't wanna put someone in a world that seems to be going to shit at record speed. I enjoy my freedom too much and already have enough on my plate looking after myself, but who knows, maybe one day biology will back stab me and the desire to pass on my genes will take over. Last year my nephew was born and I do find myself thinking about the day we'll be able to run after each other and I'll be able to read him books, but what makes it so special is that I don't actually have to have him with me 24/7.

It's not my thing. At all. But I kind of get the appeal, thanks for sharing your experience. I always wondered why a lot of people who are in the furry fandom are LGBT+ or on the spectrum? Is it because there's a lot of roleplaying involved in becoming your fursona? I'm seriously curious. What makes it so welcoming to that audience? I do appreciate the artistic process behind it and I've known a couple of people who are into it, but I was never close enough to them to ask questions.

@Linh-san would that Flower or Evil have anything to do with the manga/anime of the same name? I started watching Kantaro The Sweet Tooth Salaryman and it's the perfect example of a manga brought to life. The expressions, way of speaking, depictions of food, it's all very exaggerated and ridiculous. The show is very informative about traditional Japanese deserts tho and as a foodie, I'm enjoying it. My friend has been bothering me to watch Itaewon Class. I made him watch Love and Fortune (which is without a doubt hundreds of times more disturbing than his recommendation) so I guess I'll return the favor. I just wish kdramas weren't SO long, feature length episodes, seriously?

@Gesu your early 20s do be like that. Start by filling your time in between job applications with volunteering, at least your CV won't be empty and it'll keep your mind busy. Opportunities are ripe atm with vulnerable elderly being unable to work at charity shops, for example. It'll give you experience dealing with people and it'll give you a reference you can call on for future jobs. Then, like mentioned above, take what you can because any foot in the door is a positive step towards getting smth better.

Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean are all veggie/vegan (ish) friendly and I love spicy stuff, however I'd love to get more into chinese cuisine but real chinese food has a lot of meat so I haven't had a proper opportunity yet. African food also has a lot of meat based dishes, but otherwise is fairly similar to brazilian food and the things I have tried are all great. Real Indian/Pakistani food = awesome, but I have less opportunities to try it. I love latin american cuisine, of course I'm biased to Brazilian food but that's one of my favorites. From pastries, to an incredible range of deserts, best cheese, best breakfast, variety of beans, fruits, vegetables... LOVE IT ALL. I think any country whose diet revolves around rice and veggies ends up on my favorites list 😅
