I think it's just a spot from their recent trip to Germany. They did the same type of low-budget PV when they did their European tour back in 2014; just a bunch of shots of them walking through the streets lol

What classifies as 'millennial'? If it's post 2010 – I was thinking this yesterday – I'd say Chisa from DIV. 

He's really brilliant with his tender melodies but surprisingly powerful when he wants to be. Great range and totally unlike anything else I've heard in the scene.

Reminds me of Hazuki's look from Ambivalent Ideal way back when.
