According to their website, their bassist Ren( who had joined the band in April) has left the band on 2017.07.25 because his mother has died. However another bassist called 椿(Tsubaki) has joined the band the day after (on the picture, he is the one with the green hair).

お母様がお亡くなりになってお休みを頂いていたKenですが、
家庭の事情により、今後のバンド活動の継続が困難になってしまったとの事でございます。
つきましてはメンバー間で話し合った結果、7/25を持ちまして
サディスティック執刀外科医Kenは激団ZAKLIAを退団とさせて頂きます。
Kenのステージ復活を楽しみにしていた方々には誠に申し訳ございません。
以下、Kenのコメントです。
『外科医の医師を激団ZAKLIAで演じて参りましたが、
家庭の都合上退団せざるを得なくなってしまいました。
申し訳ありません。
今後ともにZAKLIAを宜しくお願いします。
皆さまにはご迷惑をお掛けしますがカルテは後任の担当に受け継いでおりますので、
ご心配なく侵刹されに来てくれればと思います。Ken』

KAZ has been hospitalised because of his poor health condition. The physician said that, in view of his condition, he was not able to continue the band for now. As for now, they did not know what illness he has and they are carrying out examinations to ascertain his illness.
Despite this, the band will continue without him.
