cali≠gari will release their new album titled "13" on 2017/05/10 in 2 versions: limited "Kyoushin-ban" CD+Blu-ray edition (￥6,000+tax) and regular "Ryoushin-ban" CD-only edition (￥3,000+tax). The limited bonus Blu-ray will feature scenes from the album's recording and various offshot footage. Also, the "Kyoushin-ban" cover art will be done by mangaka Maya Mineo (apparently known for classic shoujo and BL style manga).
 
They will also hold their Japan tour "cali≠gari △15th Caliversary”2002-2017″ TOUR 13 -Hell is other people-" from June 3 to July 22.
 

That documentary was pretty shit, too. People like Taiji and Jun got shafted in favor of Yoshiki's special snowflake story.
 
X Japan is just a big nostalgia act, and acting like they're going to release another Blue Blood or even Jealousy would be barking up the wrong tree.

I always want to support my faves more than just buying their shit thru their official shops and other music shops - I can't afford to go to their lives for obvious reasons, so I'd really be happy to donate and receive rewards if they got into the crowdfunding train~

First  of all, if they're 15 years old that makes anything they have to say irrelevant in my view.  You're too hormonal and job-less to be thinking straight and understand what you're doing.
 
As for me, I would definitely back up a band via crowdfunding , IF we're given a clear and official outline of the expenses. This way foreign fans can help their favorite musicians stay afloat, disbandment in vk could reach an all time low?!  Since there's such a big overseas crowd, it surprises me that this hasn't been thought of yet. (not really, is crowdfunding even big in JP?)
 
Also love the idea of little extras that come with crowdfunding, now that I think about it, a patreon website for bands wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Yes, back in 2010 but it was a very basic, very unnecessary best of album. Just singles between NIL-DIM eras, placed in chronological order, no remixing/remastering, pretty pointless IMO.

I like how the "hills" theme that the fans were calling it was kept. They should've invited Plastic Tree too, just for the hell of it.

Came all over the references to their mini album period. I am _praying_ that there's a reason for all of that and they're going to bust out the godrarez and a subsequent tour of that stuff even. There's so much they haven't played in ages! Most of Madara and Hankou seimeibun for one, stuff from Akuyuukai save for Wife ( that was played during the Disorder tour )...

They will most likely, it seems the problem was( and always is) taira, idk if he's a asshole or what but in every band he has it's always short lived.
He fucked up with MBHI because that was one of the most solid lineups of all time, ex-SkULL members with taira?  That's a match made in heaven but like always it falls apart. I still love the lil weirdo though, Taira is life.
