it's not as far away as some people think. you just need to get out of your room/house and meet people.

well yeah, i realise it's difficult for some people but if you're not willing to change then there's not going to be a change. 

nobody is going to come home to you and drag you out, unless you try and make friends. there's even a lot of apps and local communities nowadays for making friends etc, which makes it easier for introvert/shy people.

Ah well, when it comes to physical illness then yeah I agree with you. But there's help to get for that as well (even though it's hard to do for a lot of people).
