  1. I meant it more as in how the review team is indeed organized and can maintain their bias towards their favourite music at a certain neutral level. It's not full of profanities, internet language and general sloppy writing. Professionalism doesn't necessarily have to mean that someone receives payment or certain praise on a professional level, for me it simply means that someone is serious about their performance, whether or not it's intended for certain cause. I am not naming names, but the review section from the regular members is in my eyes, all over the place — there's no structure and it's rather chaotic because it feels like people don't even take themselves seriously in certain reviews, or the bands for all that matters. But perhaps that's just me. I enjoy structure and a neat environment, and with that I'd rather look at the staff's review section because it's properly organized.
  2. They're also announcing an 'important announcement' at the one-man. This album is free after paying a decide-your-price bargain to judge the quality of the performance.
  3. Sprains and bruises, it seems. It's still unfortunate though.

Assassin's Creed fans always get a thumbs up from me. Welcome back.

I like spending time watching my torrents download. The rising numbers are interesting to keep track of. Weird?
  6. Please appear on my shelf already. Surprisingly, I only recently got into PENICILLIN and other projects by Hakuei, but I don't understand myself in stalling on these musicians for so long. They are expressive and impressive, and I adore them.
  7. Pretty sure I'll love this album to death. I just love their themes.

All Tsuzuku has proven in any release beyond サバト is that he can sound like a dying mongrel. There's nothing special about destroying your vocal chords by trying so hard to be different; it's idiotic and people will eventually begin to realize that MEJIBRAY started off with great potential, but faltered along the way because they strive so hard to be the next new legends in the scene and pump out release after release, the only thing being consistent about them as a band being that they can't find their own sound anymore and that they deteriorate with almost every new single they bring out. They have long wasted their ideals by depending on their visual appearance rather than promoting music that might actually break the charts, and by being young musicians, they are wasting these years to improve and actually decrease in quality. Kamijo, on the other hand, has proven time and time again that he is a fantastic singer, componist, and artist. Most (not all, I am fairly honest here) of his releases as a solo artist are absolutely sublime when you look at the structure of how the music is put together. Everything fits, everything is musically correct, he continues to prove his power in this music scene and people do not follow him blindly; his fans do actually recognize his talent musically rather than how they simply fawn over his good looks. You can't say this about MEJIBRAY, because their releases often simply make no sense, it's noise-music and unpleasant to many ears whilst Kamijo can achieve a far wider audience.
  9. I'll have to give myself some time to forgive Kaya for this look. Their darker look is pleasant to the eye though.

It's not only on Google search. Sometimes when someone links me on Facebook or Twitter to a MH thread, I also get redirected towards NSFW websites.
  11. I would actually love to see some reviewers who focus solely on Visual Kei. I've been missing a lot of reviews from Visual Kei releases and have seen very little of them as opposed to Japanese indies or metalcore bands. There are more Visual Kei reviews in the non-staff members section, but if I can be entirely honest, they contain a lot of bias and fangirling and aren't quite 'professional.'

Unpopular opinion: I greatly despise most of the -core bands that are coming out right now in the Visual Kei scene, and absolutely love every band that maintains their melodic intentions and clean vocals. I am also deeply disappointed that whenever a song nowadays is too soft or gentle, the forum immediately dubs it as garbage.

Can you get me that THE BLACK SWAN comment DVD + the Sleep My Dear sticker? Also, Alucardius, I am so sorry for completely having forgotten that I was supposed to send you the PV. I'll send it out and then I'll tell you the exact shipping costs.

I am so glad bands like this continue to exist in the Visual Kei scene.
  15. They sound incredible, as is expected from them. Also, Haru ♡

What songs take you back in time? Your youth? Embarassing moments, moments of love, life — friendship or music that reminds you of simple accomplishments, anything goes. What's still stuck in your head after all this time? Psychotic 4 - Breaking Out I discovered this band somewhere around my time on Myspace. A friend of mine and I made it a contest of who could find the most neo-glam rock guys on the website and alongside this activity we also discovered a lot of bands. Naturally, I crushed on the blond guitarist. This song often pops up in my head out of nowhere, and when I go back, I still enjoy it.
  17. Yes, I saw it. I've always loved that guy.

That moment when you find blood in your bed but there is literally no sign of where it came from. No wounds, no monthly drama, etc.

Watched the first episode of Young Black Jack and I absolutely love it. The main character is right in my alley of preferred protagonists, and I simply adore hospital drama.

October: the month in which I have to face people online who get to celebrate Halloween and talk about costume parties all month long, and I have to sit back and sulk because this country barely knows of its existence.
  21. I am quite sure a regular edition for a regular price will come out. This initially was the price for his last release as well, but a regular edition simply hadn't been announced yet. Either way. More new material? Oh yes, consider me hooked.
  22. People love artists for different reasons, some of which either can't be explained or can't be understood by others. Most hatred for this man spawned from rumours, blown-up and exaggerated opinions by people who barely even know him, and simple idiocy. But to get on topic; he carried the Kansai scene of Visual Kei on his back since he formed the Matina label. Musicians and fans respect him for all his dedicated work and his passion to not sway from his intentions and ideals, unlike many other artists who are just following the current hype. I could write a novel, but let's keep it clear and compact.
  23. If they're sold out it probably means they are sold out for the rest of the tour.

^ I wish we had something like this in the Netherlands. There are almost no abandoned buildings here, because everything almost immediately gains a new purpose or faces demolition. I'd love to explore abandoned buildings, it's quite seriously a dream of me, but there's no possibility for it.
