@fitear1590 — "CELINE" by möscow çlub: This reminds me of 80's synth-pop and new-wave music, closely related to Duran Duran and Tears For Fears, and anything else of the sort. Very enjoyable and impressive as this is a sound that is difficult to reproduce in more modern times. If their other releases sound like this, I might actually develop an interest for this.

I don't hear DIO either. DIO were driven by heavy synthesizers and melodious content (with an occasional performance of heavier vocals). I don't hear any of that in this.

A really strong sequence starts at 2:50. This is a track that needs to be played with its volume set on full, otherwise its emotions might not come across. This is a typical Gackt song and I adore it; full of story and oriental vibes.

UPDATE: ROOM CAN BE FOUND HERE UPDATE #2: The usual Sunday session will now be held all day, 24 hours: an open, full session day! In light of the loss of Plug.dj, people have been talking about alternatives, and many came up with this suggestion. It is very similar to Plug.dj, and perhaps it will grow out to be a fine replacement. While still a tad wonky and perhaps 'unfinished', the website essentially works in the same way; you create an account, and you can join multiple music-rooms with the intention of streaming music from Youtube or Soundcloud. You can create playlists just the same, and since yesterday (2015.09.28) you have the possibility to create an account that is not linked to your Facebook or Twitter account, and exists solely on Dubtrack. I've done this and my username on there is Lestat. From the looks of it, this means that immediately after the demise of Plug.dj, the creators and developers of Dubtrack have decided to focus on forming a solid community that can replace its predecessors, and mean to seize this opportunity with swift and smooth transitions. I went ahead and created a new room simply called 'Monochrome Heaven', (««« url!) as we are used to. You can join this room, but there is no moderation apart from its creator (me), yet, as I haven't assigned anyone to these roles yet. If the room continues to grow in size and members, moderators can be assigned, but wouldn't it be nice if we could run this operation without too much of a hassle? Music is meant to open up people's eyes, and in terms of discussion, it should be handled with care and ease — and most of all; it should not be taken too seriously. Of course everyone is anxious to share their opinion, but please be considerate of other members and how heavily your words might influence their view on certain artists or groups. Calling someone 'emo' or simply negative because their brain/soul/emotions can't process romantic love is stupid, though. Asexuality exists, aromanticism exists, and for some people it might not as evidently be present, but a lot of people simply can't feel such a deep attachment to one life-partner. That doesn't make them sad, poor, or negative. It's simply how they (don't) feel.

This is just a little idea I came up with, but what if everyone (at least, those who wish to participate) would list the animes they would be watching this season, and after a randomized pairing system, we'd get paired up in duos and 'gift' each other an anime (choosing either 12 or 24 episodes) of this fall's season to watch that is not on your partner's list. It would be a recommendation system of some sort, and it could possibly open us up to new genres or animes we'd otherwise never even look at.

I can join tonight. And for tomorrow perhaps... a theme that would be centered around 'farewells', or something of the sort?

The mobile version of IPB works fine with me, the only thing that could be improved is the status updates.

Do I personally believe in romantic love? No. But this is because I have never romantically loved someone, and feel as if I am aromantic toward other people. I have had boyfriends but I have never loved them or felt a connection to them because eventually they ended up feeling more like a liability than someone I could share my feelings and thoughts with. I do not enjoy the thought of being with someone, romantically or sexually, and I can not stand flirting and dislike it when someone shows an interest in me in this way. It could easily exist for people who are inclined to develop romantic feelings due to all sorts of chemical reactions in the brain, but I believe that's lacking for me.

This is what they managed in six weeks. So, nothing smashing yet.
