Where does it say victim, by the way? Nothing indicates yet that these girls did not willingly partake in his ideas. While automatically accused of statutory rape in cases of adults having sexual relationships with minors as they cannot yet legally consent under the legal age of consent, it could be considered that anything here is possible. It is nowhere mentioned that he forced them to participate in sexual activities, it is nowhere mentioned that they had no other options. It is absolutely revolting, yes. But these girls are aware of their own age (and even lied about it) and they are likely aware of the likelihood of his age. They were even suspected of being his willing tsunagari as so often happens in Visual Kei, and perhaps even sent him a viable part of his monthly income. It's a very difficult situation that involves both parties.

Alongside Asperger's / HFA (High Functioning Autism), I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for the past ten or so years, however I got assigned my first psychologist at age eight, slightly earlier than that. The depression and anxiety developed over the span in which I spent in highschool; I couldn't progress emotionally as well as the other teenagers did, and my current therapist says I am still experiencing a delayed emotional development which should occur during the teenage years. Naturally, I was ostracized by my peers for acting unnatural on a social level and it caused me to momentarily drop out of highschool in my third year. I suffer from Dissociative amnesia which relates to this period as what I've been told is that it has been too emotional and traumatic for me to willingly remember. I eventually enrolled back into classes and after a long struggle of eight years (instead of the common five), I managed to get my diploma. And then I got stuck. I cannot hold jobs due to my mental disorders as it is incredibly pressuring for me to engage in social activities. I haven't signed up for college or any other educational program as I cannot mentally endure any of this momentarily. I have lost all of my friends and struggle to maintain the friendships which I believe the other parties involved still think are worth saving. I can come across as crass, arrogant, condescending and I might not realize it until two weeks later. There are but a few individuals who are patient enough to endure my lack of emotion and the lack of understanding basic social standards — and at other times erupting emotions, and I am eternally grateful to them that they are willing to understand me. A few, less crippling symptoms of Autism that I show are for example; trouble walking stairs, sensitive to light (I almost always wear sunglasses outside), sensitive to environmental change or change in people, sensitive to certain sounds, the inability to stop talking about the same thing for hours, obsessions with certain activities or ideas, obsession with language, being a perfectionist, just to name a few.

I've decided to start using foobar2000 as a secondary media player for the metal which I listen to. I have held back on downloading a lot of releases because I didn't want to add any of it to my iTunes because it would've become too cluttered, and it's already slow with the hundreds of Visual Kei releases I have in there. So I finally managed to install a decent-looking skin and I am fairly pleased with it. I would like to see a separate list of all artists so as to increase browsing but I can't exactly seem to figure out how. I tried to install one that looked like iTunes but unfortunately it crashed the client.

I just this discovered this disgustingly delicious band called Venenum. So far they've only released one EP in 2011 and a cover of "Waltz in Hell" by Mighty Sphincter. Not too much to go on, but it's definitely worth a listen.

Why do people in movies never sleep under the covers? They always just drop themselves onto a bed and fall asleep. Isn't that cold? Isn't it uncomfortable when you keep on your daily clothes? I couldn't imagine sleeping in jeans.

I have finally started on Assassin's Creed IV after the tedious experience that was Assassin's Creed III; the latter I just didn't like — wonky controls, flat characters and a very confusing storyline that felt rather empty at times. I adored the previous installments so the third was quite a disappointment for me even while I am usually not influenced too greatly by bad reviews of others. It was simply that I did not like it too much for myself. It also took me way too long to finish because I had a hard time picking it up and avoided it frequently, although I am glad that I have finished it so I can finally progress in the series. Black Flag already looks much more promising and I actually missed the uninterrupted free-running on buildings that was lacking in the third one because of all the open space. The environment is absolutely beautiful, the characters are fleshed out a little more (from the start) and it's therefore easier to flow into the story without having to dig too deeply into the archives.

You're actually slightly wrong there (and I think almost everyone is, simply because X Japan was more popular so the phrase was connected easily to Yoshiki), it was used earlier by a metal band called Murbas on a demo-tape called 'Visual Violence' released in 1982. Blue Blood wasn't released until 1989. But it's just how people interpret it, I suppose. Murbas Also, in the late 70's a Japanese designer group opened a store called 'Visual Scandal' which focused on extravagant clothing styles and accessoires. In 1980 this group actually formed as a band and called themselves 'Visual Scandal', as well. So I don't actually think Yoshiki was the first one to use the term. 'Kei' merely means 'Style' or something of the sort, so it could very well be that Visual Scandal and Murbas would already call themselves such. Visual Scandal

Ugh, they were one of the first bands that I got into as soon as I opened up to Visual Kei and there are quite a few memories attached to them and their music for me. This is definitely a shock, it always seemed to me like they would be around for at least another ten years in one form or another.

Pretty disappointed with DEZERT's new album. It's all just about so-so and I only remember 「君の子宮を触る」. Hopefully after another spin it'll do something to me...
