Yes but if I purchase from CDJapan with a shopping service, the price I'd usually pay for customs will be similar to what these service costs will be, so that doesn't matter.
Yeah same. They charge for what's on the box. If your order is below 22 with points but over 22 without points, CDJapan will write the value of above 22 on the package, and that's what you'll get taxed on. No declaration possibilities, sadly.
