  I am still waiting for mine, it's been 2 months and noone seems to know a thing about it. It seems that13 kilos of textbooks can be easily overlooked

  It really sounds like someone rummaged through your package and took the books they wanted :/ That actually happened to a friend of mine pretty recently. Another friend of mine in Japan had snacks sent to her by mail from her home country and the customs people ate like half of them. :/ You should report it or possibly get a friend in Japan to report it for you.
