CAT5 reacted to enyx in THE NOVEMBERS new album 'At The Beginning' release
Rather enjoying this album.
I prefer it to ANGELS mostly in the sense that it takes the more poppy/electronic experimentation that album had and runs further with it, whereas ANGELS tended to fall back into more safe, familiar-sounding territory quite a bit (BAD DREAM, Everything, Close to Me, etc all sound very similar to previous tracks they've put out). It also feels more tightly-themed than ANGELS, and having very strongly-themed releases is something I really like about the majority of THE NOVEMBERS discog in general.
To be honest I felt rather down on THE NOVEMBERS post-Elegance. Hallelujah felt kind of like a glorified best-of album (all new songs, but the majority of them felt like stuff they'd explored more in-depth in previous releases) and TODAY was pretty weak IMO, but these last two releases have both been pretty good.

woah, haha. Had no idea this dude went on to start a music career. That's hilariously awesome!
Also cancel culture and sjws can suck a big ol' dick:
non-black cancel culture sheeptards: "OMG HE SAID THE N-WORD. DISGUSTING. CANCEL HIM!!!"
non-black cancel culture sheeptards as soon as a black person does something they don't like: "OMG I HATE NIGGERS!!11"
They can get the fuck outta here with that fake, moral-posturing bullshit.
For this thread's sake, I just finished watching this:

I feel you 100% on this. As an African Descendant of Slavery, I've experienced similar situations. Who would be more qualified to speak on a culture than someone who's already fully immersed in it? I hate when I see these non-"black" SJW types parading around as "allies", when over half of these muhfukkas don't even truly fuck with "black" ppl like that. Most of these ppl don't even want to live around "black" folk, which tells you how they REALLY feel about us. And a lot of these SJW-types champion ideologies that are harmful and destructive to "black" ppl in general.
But yeah, I wouldn't even sweat those people. They're more interested in policing the thoughts and actions of others than their own. They wanna change the world by changing other ppl instead of just being the change they want to see. It's ass-backwards...

lynch. stans on twitter are calling me a racist because I, a latina actually living in South America, dared complain about my own culture’s shenanigans and used a slur to describe an attitude. Sorry if me calling out latino immigrants committing tax fraud strikes you as racist but last time I checked, I can actually talk about MY OWN CULTURE however I want without a white SJW policing me on how to do it.
Also, fwy cultic, I’m nowhere near thirty, I’m in my mid 20’s and if I have trouble socializing it’s because I’m fucking autistic, not because I‘m “a racist bitch”. Come to me directly next time y’all have an issue with me instead of talking behind my back.

Eijun from THE BACK HORN apparently made a separate Twitter account to practice speaking English.
But he keeps accidentally mixing them up, which is pretty cute. 😅

I'm not deserving of anything, yet The Most High's mercy and lovingkindness brings me to tears.
Just when I thought i'd gone off the deep end, he was there to catch me. That's a level of love that is certainly not of this world.
The longer I walk with him, the more I'm learning and understanding his ways.

It looks like I've had this account for nearly 10 years and have never said a word. Somewhat impressive, if you ask me. One could also assume that I'm probably old as hell.
Anyhow, I'm from Finland and my musical taste is quite vast. According to my last.fm (my username being ksms) I've listened to nearly 13,000 artists, so that in itself says something. One of my absolute favourite bands is COALTAR OF THE DEEPERS, who can hop from one genre to the next within the confines of a single song, sometimes several times. I appreciate electronic bleep bloops, massive walls of sound, ethereal reverbs, minimalism, cute things, brutal things, video games, movies and so forth. Anyway, good to meet you all.

2020 and blacks are still getting murdered and lynched here in cold blood with no justice. This has been the status quo for the last 400 years. If I'm alive to witness the destruction of the U.S., I won't rejoice about it...but I damn sure won't lament it either.

CAT5 reacted to Jigsaw9 in Etsuo Nagura (Endon) has passed away

CAT5 got a reaction from Wakarimashita in キズ (Kizu) new single, "地獄" (jigoku) release
bruh I feel you 100%!!! I hate that key change shit so much. It's just too abrupt and throws off the groove of things. To me it's a very lazy way of trying to give songs a sense of progression.
I can dig the song outside of that too.

CAT5 reacted to Ro plz in キズ (Kizu) new single, "地獄" (jigoku) release
This would’ve been a stronger track if that Chorus stayed in the same key. I have no idea why American and overseas bands love that song format. It throws off the feel of the track significantly imo.
Other than that, I dig it. That main riff is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
