Recognized it as soon as you said it only because coincidentally I was listening to the riff while driving earlier today. They seem to have "plagiarized"  "D.I.D.'s"   "A forlorn hope" I even marked it for ya.  Nice spot @chemicalpictures I never even would have noticed if it weren't for you.

It sounds like one of those nondescript power-vk riffs that half a dozen bands lift from one another... but yeah, I can't quite put my finger on it either. xD I was thinking MEJIBRAY or maybe LUNA SEA with more distortion, but no specific song in mind.

I saw them live and they are pretty great, and unvelievably nice. They only improved since Yuu joined.

Pardon my ignorance, I just watched their latest PV on youtube and... color me interested! If I wanted to listen to more of their stuff, where should I start from? Also, what's up with the band members?

@Serox Damn right. They're one the best vk bands of the last two decades.

They are amazing and I don't understand why they don't gain fame in Japan... in 15 years of activity they should be famous!

I tried them out on Spotify last week. Really liked what I heard.

Sure for example i Love almost every Release of DAMY but their maxi single "tetora" was nothing but boring...
Also DEVIZE fallin' night imo was just average at best etc... 
So there are releases from Bands i highly Enjoy that i am Not totally blown away but then again Why would i Waste my time saying alwas like "this or that release i bought could've been better..."
I rather Share my opinion with People for Releases which i am absolutely amazed with.^^

No @Mamo i was talking about the CD. the CD rip i have of that single has children cut out during the last riff at 4:12 and it sounds unintentional. but if that's the way it is, then that means i don't need to request a new rip.

@Mamoyeah live limited stuff mostly sucks but if you are able to obtain it, its one of the best feelings in the world... ;D
 
@BrenGuntrust me there's plenty of bands i don't give a flying fuck about but i am not the person to even care writing it in every single thread how much i dislike some band.. ;D
so therefore 95% of everything you get to read from me will be positive stuff.

Yeah, I could never get into them. I couldn't ever get into the vocals and there's just too much synth/production for me.

@Mamo if that was their intention, they should've put in more effort cuz I sure don't listen to most of those bands......js
