dude I'm cool with anything that will cut a webrip into tracks lol. I'm planning to sleep through the weekend bc. apparently I'm developing a flu, and already got audacity.

First of all, just from the fact that you converted the original flv file to another format already changed the quality of it, and most likely the sound too. Then audacity is great for doing it, but it will take quite some time since it doesn't recognize the tracks alone, you need to spend time cutting it yourself at the right moment (or almost).
