Bassist YOSHIPON (luin, TEARS OF THE REBEL, f.k.a. Sally in KYOKUTOU GIRL FRIEND) recently hinted on Twitter that there will be an announcement concerning "ex-KYOKUTOU GIRL FRIEND" on 2020/05/18 at 6 PM (Japan time). He was also quick to point out that it's nothing big or serious (awww lol).
 
 
Anyway, thought I'd make a thread cuz it might be something interesting. My bet is on KGF-style facemasks to raise money for livehouses or something like that. We'll see tomorrow I guess~
 
On a funny unrelated note, I've always been amused how KGF's official site has been up all these years, even though it's been almost a decade now since they disbanded. :'))

new band "RANA" has formed back in January 2020! Unfortunately, their debut has been swamped out by the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, as their first appearance at a Terakoya sponsored event has been postponed. The Terakoya label was supposed to hold their two day event from 4/11-12 at 松本Alecx.
 
Fortunately, the band can still be heard, as they've put out a music video and have released their first EP, "蛙の詩" on 4/11! This may have been live-limited, had they been able to hop on stage, but thankfully they've put it up on their new webshop, and on streaming platforms!

蘭図 (Rands) Gu. 拓也-takuya- and Ba. 誠-makoto- announced that they will leave the band after their live on 2020/05/16 (which will be held without an audience due to the coronavirus outbreak). 
 
Gu. 拓也-takuya feels like it's difficult to continue band activities due to his chronic disease and ba. 誠-makoto- also feels like it's difficult to continue  with 業-karma- only.
The band is planning to continue its activities.
