started playing saxophone when i was nine (nineteen year ago, damn...) piano two or three years later. started studying classical saxophone at university after high school, so i am a certified professional saxophonist now (well, now that is some useless diploma right there if i've ever seen one)
simultaneously in university started playing guitar and bass, because sax sucks *baduntz* (for real tho)
right after univerity four years ago i pretty much gave up on the sax tho, so i'm not really on my hight anymore, i do play in a funk-band sometimes tho
also i do have my experience on flute, ukulele and clarinet, and i can somehow hold a steady rock-groove on drums, but that's about it
that makes pretty okayish:
saxo
guitar
piano
bass
somewhat:
ukulele
flute
drums
with a more soundproof room anywhere near me i'd love to be able to drum a bit more/better. i'm always fascinated by drummers

they've just released an animated trailer for the albums
jesus christ, shit looks brilliant!!!
unfortunately i think it'll just be that trailer, not a whole MV or anything, but still...

hovering between uroboros and DSS, but i think uroboros is more versatile and has some of the better songs, i'm a new-age DEG-stan obviously....

Not anime but The Legend of Korra was dope. I still think the original was better and Books 1 and 2 were okay with some flaws that stop it from being truly great, but Book 3 was the best book of Korra so far. Great antagonists (Zaheer is a BEAST man), amazing character development with Boleyn, and amazing fights on everyone's account with some particularly brutal deaths that somehow managed to make it's way onto Nickelodeon for 7 year olds. There were also plenty of novel uses of bending which hasn't been seen in the show universe before. No complaints about the story (for once) this season, with them managing to tie everything together by the end. Can't wait for season four to see how they end it.
Score
hmmn, shall i give it a try? for reference i HATED the first season of korra, and i loved every bit of TLA. i remember lenthy discussion with my friends if TLA was a comedy or a drama, and which off these both brilliantly executed sides was more dominant (i tended to see it as more of a drama), korra astoundingly managed to be neither dramatic nor funny. but at least the characters were horrible.
so, bearing that in mind, is the season 3 worth a try?

wow, those videos are embarrassing to watch :'(
these have to be the most life-less performances of the tracks in history...
shinya might be into the songs, but he couldn't put any groove into a standard rock-beat even if his life depended on it, which makes the whole performance fall apart
(weak but nonetheless too loud vocals don't help much either...)

seems like it recently watched a bit of twitch gameplay to get a bit of the atmosphere, might check out inquisition when it comes out
morrigan reminds me of FFX Lulu a lot, which is a good thing ^^
Lulu was sooo damn cool, as black mages almost always are...

i have played FF7 two times (once story only, once including beating the weapons) started FF8 (never got past the point where it hooked me unfortunately...), finished the last remnant, which is sort of a final fantasy game too imho and recently finished FFX (incredible!) and FFXII (the weakest out of the bunch, but still enjoyable)
i played all of those together in parallel with a friend of mine and now we're looking where to go next. currently having a closer look on
Divinity Original Sin
as it has a bunch of very nice features that we both enjoy very much
- round based combat
- complex and extensive leveling and skilltrees
- nicely written quests and dialogues
and most importantly
- an apparently very essentially integrated two-player co-op multiplayer
anyone has some first-hand experience on this one?

I'm just trying to figure out how a band can scratch out a living with only having like 5 lives in their home country a year.
educated guess is, they don't.
they work regular jobs and try to squeeze in those 5 lives plus overseas tour to their normal schedule. at least thats what 90% of only semi-popular bands do since always. earning liveable money with music/bands is close to impossible (nope, not only since internetz)

two sides to “act as both opposing and complementary sides to a story” is a great concept for starters!
also, Tour!

lmao dafuq is this XD
Would be a lot better if you could actually hear more of MYV's guitarplay. Anyway, weird gospel-pop-combo-thingie~ not sure if want.
well, not sure if hearing more of the guitarstuffs would be better as that riff is another case of generic diarrhea that he had for years now regarding his riffage. it's the gazillionst variation of the "strong" + a couple of dozen other tracks lick he's been running into the ground.
plus while i'm all for singalongy gospel pop whatever, this is just a incredibly sad and unsuccessfull attempt at trying that. the melody itself is shit and it's accompanied by a shit groove, but then for good measure repeated 20x times. maybe if it's hammered into our eardrums enough times we'll occasionaly be forced to like it i dunno...

*goes and deletes facebook*
lol, "delete"
ur cute^^
in srsnz tho, as not a smartphone-user myself, isn't that pretty much what all other messaging-apps do too? and if not, why even bother with the facebook messager-app, from what i can see facebook just killed one of it's most practical features and left that gap open to other better suited and more widespread parties...

wow, it sounds like they finally managed to get a decent guitarsound (or sound in general...)

ok guys, any opinions on "Hamatora the Animation"?
I've just watched the first episode and am a bit torn, not sure if the story gets actually interesting at some point, and so far not really digging the characters that much, but i like the overall art-style of it.
but since i mostly watch anime because of the story, atmosphere and characters, is it worth going on with it or shall i ditch it?
