There are so many things I hate about the new Last FM: song- artist view, no cover art on now-playing, no sidebar, the terribad top song header, no dashboard, removal of 0 plays artists. I'm sure there's more.

I keep finding new and horrible things....like it sounds like the journals may have been permanently deleted. There goes my huge list of new releases this year, both upcoming and what I've heard so far. If I'd had any idea, I would have at least back those up...not to mention the artists with 0 plays that were my to-listen list. D:

I also rarely complain about site updates, like there are more important things, but lulz this Last FM update is really bad. Did they even try to get it right? Half my profile looks broken. It's amazing how they can do this, but still haven't made any effort to fix all the broken pages that no longer scrobble properly, leading to a bunch of new pages as people try to get around it. smh

D'espairsRay hands down, like everyone else lol. Random others I occasionally miss: Kagerou Deadman the studs DELUHI -OZ- EYA Dali LVER I know I'll eventually miss Vivid, Moran and DuelJewel. I could probably list way more, but honestly, I don't think of them enough to really say that I ~Miss~ them.

I feel like i've posted something similar already, but I'm not going back 26 pages lol. Both bands are stupidly overrated. And I say this as someone who has actually liked most of Diru's disco, but they are still massively overrated and X is just generic hair metal that we already had/have in gobs here. I'll never forget the time I was on some metal forum and someone suggested X as an example of Japanese metal and the response was, um, sorry dude, that's not metal and frankly it sucks, lmao. I'll wait for the buttpain. The main reason I enjoy the Diru-is-overrated trope is because it's so tiresome to see stans whinging on about how x, y and z-band are just "Diru copies".

So my choice for a favorite and runner-up is pretty easy here. Two classic bands anyway.
