So that's what, 6 new songs, minus the interludes? Hmm.

So I see new nogod singles post and you posting this status
I asume you're already listen to it, and I though you're commenting on that single, not about this western pop music. - Show next comments 159 more

I like their 2003~2006 EPs and singles much more than I like any of their albums. My favorite album is probably Tafel Anatomie though, followed very closely by Neo culture and then perhaps KINDGOM, which I thought was surprisingly decent. Don't really care about the rest too much, except for a few songs from The name of the ROSE.

Just read any @blackdollpost and you get what's enough. I don't really think artists are in the wrong by calling out borderline stalker fans, but it's a double-edged sword; some people will understand it for what it is (people trying to stop others from being invasive) and others will see it as artists going against their fanbase. In Taka's case, for example, there's a big chance of the latter happening - and when you consider how massively popular ONE OK ROCK is in Japan right now, it's probably gonna be quite a big PR nightmare. Koreans are on another level though. Run a quick search and you can find some crazy stories, from people sending idols letters with period blood + pubic hair from "antis" actually poisoning idols and risking their life (like what happened to Yunho from DBSK once for example).

you know who to call for help babe...

Ohh, most of these samples actually don't sound too bad! Except for the singles and just a few others, it sounds promising.
-
He even sounds like KAMIJO in that sample. Love Sui, but no thanks.

I don't know what the fuck Morrie is doing with those vocals, but YES BRING IT

I'm surprised siraph was your top pick! I really enjoyed their EP, as well as their newest single. I'm still vastly unfamiliar with haisuinonasa, but siraph's sound really spoke to me and helped fill me void left by sfp a little bit. Radiohead was easily amongst my favorite albums released last year too. I wasn't a big fan of "Burn The Witch" at first, but after the video for "Daydreaming" came out, I knew I'd love it. From your picks, koh nakashima's "TAXIS", downy's 6th, JYOCHO's EP and Corinne Bailey Rae's album would also be in my list if I ever bothered to make one. lol Corinne's was kinda heavy and there's quite a bit of filler, but the gems it has make up for it. The others were just awesome. I still owe you one for introducing me to koh nakashima's music, heh. There's still quite a lot of stuff here I didn't hear (I keep forgetting to get that world end's girlfriend album for some reason), so it shall keep me busy whenever I'm in a rush for new music. Good work on your list, man!

new The xx is so, so good

lmao yes They're one of those bands whose music just make me happy for no reason. I'm fully aware about all the things they could improve (their music being overly repetitive, etc) and those things do actually impact my overall opinion on them, but when I put that aside, I absolutely love them. "Tokyo" was easily my favorite Japanese song from 2016 and both "1969" and "You" were also among the ones I listened to the most throughout the year. Kohei's voice, his personality and their aesthetic are just ridiculously infectious.

Basically this. I wouldn't mind to have some ex-Sugar members back too (SIZNA pls).
