I'm always that girl who likes someone and gets rejected... but I think it's better to tell, instead of being constantly worried. Just don't shoot big words such as "I love you", maybe "I like you more than a friend" would be less overwhelming for a girl at first, in my opinion. Of course, you have to keep it in mind the friendship may be ruined in case she doesn't like you this way, so be aware of it and decide what's better for you. It's difficult to tell if she likes you from her reaction, because every girl is different, I would feel extremely uncomfortable if a male friend touched me in general, even if the touch was just friendly (only a handshake is ok for me), but it doesn't mean every girl is the same.
 
Why do I think it's better to tell her, though? If she likes you too, it's great. If she doesn't, you will know you shouldn't waste your time with it anymore, and give yourself a chance with someone else (you may not want to imagine this right now, but yes, you may like someone else, too). Also, it's better to know where are you standing and if the person is worth being made your priority.

I wonder if they actually like Venoms that much or if they just tried to promote it by getting the name mentioned as much as possible

These bands don't even promote themselves to the foreign audiences, only to the domestic buyers. I'll use kpop as an example, because my friend listens to it and buys CDs. She says they're often cheaper than Japanese CDs, but they also include super nice boxes, and whole books (yes, huge books!) with the band photos. Even if the music ends up online, people just want to have the CD for the booklet and the extras. It isn't that expensive to print it. Vkei bands make money on photosets, yes... but why not take some extra, nice photos during the same photoshoot that will go to a nice booklet? If photosets are different than the booklet, people will buy them anyway... I see all that complaining as a marketing failure.
 
I'm not super pro- and super against posting music online, just somewhere in between. I can't always buy music, I can't have all CDs, that Mejibray's "Eiki" single I bought was a huge treat for me and I won't lie: I bought it because CD Japan was giving an autographed poster with it... and I love this red look of Tsuzuku, so I wanted to have it. I can't buy every CD they release, because I can't afford it, so I download. If I could buy it, I would. I'm against the kind of mindset that spending money on CDs is a waste of money, they deserve it for their work, but... the fan needs to be convinced to buy. Most CDs of visual kei bands are poorly released, there's just a booklet with lyrics, in a plastic box.

I was really bored and clicked the link on the main page leading to this topic. I mean really bored, because I usually don't read reviews, people's opinions don't matter to me at all.
 
Honestly, it made me surprised how much people here hate this single, because while I was "meh" about Echo and Nepenthes, I'm in love with Eiki. The PV song is a mix of something sensual, and emotional singing. Maybe his screams sound bad to people here, but I think it's just emotions. The other two songs are moody for me, I can close my eyes and listen to them falling into a depressive mood. It's the same effect NEGA's music has on me. This single is just different, but I like what came out of it.

I believe that Tsuzuku can sing just fine.  And MEJIBRAY being inconsistent is one of the main reasons I love them.  Knowing what to expect each singe is kind of boring, but I guess it works for some bands.  I know I can look forward to each release being different, engaging and exciting.  They don't play it safe and they take risks, and to me they pay off.  When it comes to MEJIBRAY, I usually end up always loving the b-sides more, haha.
 
I'm no good at reviewing or describing music, but I'll try lol.  Here is my failed attempt:
 
人間 -  I love how it has this calm beginning, then just stops and Tsu does his thing, his growling (and how ya'll love to put it: dying cat screeches) I think blend well into the song.  The structure of the song is all over the place and it's awesome.
 
盈虧 - While not one of my favorite tracks, I still love what it brings.  The expert at the beginning doesn't bother me at all, I don't see why it's stupid? Yes the guitar riff is repetitive but at least it's a good one but that solo makes up for it.  I also love how Koichi's bass is more...I don't know technical terms, but instead of his normal slapping lol--it just fits.  The chorus is great, Tsuzuku's desperate whines... I will take any day.
 
蜈蚣 -  At first I didn't like this so too much.  But then I listened to it again and the 'power'? drumming and Koichi's bass had me sold.  Tsuzuku is a growling master to me.  This track gets me pumped but I can see where it can leave you hanging. 
 
 

 
As a diehard MEJIBRAY fan, they can keep my money and I'll proudly put this single on my shelf.

MEJIBRAY, they're my favorite band and they still make good music. I love the new release.

Nothing is an excuse for saying offensive crap about a girl you date/would date. Just because she's submissive, it doesn't mean she doesn't deserve any respect. Don't call verbal abuse like that.

It was written as a semi-joke (at least I hope so), but the reason someone would want to "joke" like that is imo the things that really bothers me. There shouldn't be anything funny in abusing your significant other verbally or physically. It just isn't something you can joke about, since it's a real issue that happens too often. Women are already treated badly enough, and hostile semi-misogynistic jokes don't make it any better.

I'm kinda am, though, I would call it "disgusted" not "offended. Because you talk about a potential female partner like a sexdoll that sometimes needs a little bit maintenance which you gladly do, but otherwise just functions like you want it to. You sound like someone who wants a girlfriend to make you feel better but god forbid she has an opinion.

Sorry but I don't think you're very polite. I think that there are better ways to be outspoken without being offensive. You just sound immature.

This is the kind of song MEJIBRAY needed IMO.
 
The song itself is so intimate, unlike songs like TBB or Nepenthes. Much more vulnerable and open, (Think- the difference between A Priori and Shuuei)
 
The chorus is totally jarring. "really?" It's hot though, I would rather Tsuzuku sing like this  and make for an interesting soft song rather than whatever the fuck echo was. (ZZZZZzzzzzzZZzzz.....) It's the type of song that will probably have some casual listeners cringing and turning tail but if you have a personal interest in him this may have just made you feel.

Gazette - they're everywhere, worshipped like some kind of gods, while they music isn't that good and they aren't good looking either. Try to tell their fans they suck... there is an instant drama.
Old VK fans - they are not as extreme as the fans of these two bands, but some really can't imagine how people can listen to newer bands, not their old ones. It can be annoying in some cases. Not all act like this, though.
