I just want to point out that Die posted last December that they're already finishing the works on their new album.
So there's definitely coming something sooner rather than later. Maybe on the last day of their tour?
Besides, there's also the two mode of releases coming.

They could include second new track as a b-side.
 
IMHO, I like how Gazette singles have 3 songs, rather than remixes and "live" versions of their older songs.

I wonder if this is one of the new songs I heard when I saw them last year. I'm hoping it's the heavier track and not the ballad-y track ... because who likes ballads as singles?

Not to mention they’ve been touring what seems like non-stop. And just because we haven’t heard anything new doesn’t mean they haven’t been writing and recording. Adding in the fact that three of these guys have projects outside of DEG, you can’t say they aren’t productive. 

they don't need to release 3 singles per year. It's DIR EN GREY, not a little, basic, and random Visual band who wants to become famous.
They already have a successfull career in Japan and worldwide.

i don't understand how could the "fans" complain about DOGMA,compared to those three average albums after DIM
DOGMA was absolutely outstanding . if you can't enjoy DOGMA,honestly i don't comprehend  what you expect from the gazette
