Eu faço o seguinte, quando é do mega eu importo o arquvo do mega(que você quer baixar) pra minha outra conta do mega(sua conta), ai abro o multcloud e por lá eu logo na minha conta do mega, vai carregar todos os arquivos que você importou da outra conta do mega para a sua e pronto, por lá você clica com o botão direito e faz o download que não vai ter limite, caso o arquivo seja muito grande use o Mipony para gerenciar (ai você pode parar e continuar outra hora). Aqui da certo, já tentei usar o megadownloader e aqui não deu certo. Espero que te ajude kk ^^
