ooo~ somehow I have missed this topic. My drinking habits vary, but 2016 was very alcohol-filled year for me. I love whisky. That's pretty much my weak point when it comes to stronger drinks. I got a bottle next to my working table and take a sip every now and then. I can appreciate some old whiskies and such, but I mostly go with the cheapest stuff. Good old Jack Daniel's is good too. I'm not too picky. Lately I've been getting more lazy and haven't been experimenting with drinks anymore, so I just buy Vodka and and mix it with whatever.

I thought the drummer had Meto-thing going on too. just more boring. But I do like the look overal. Pretty cool! music is meh.

I think the song could be alright. This live doesn't seem to do justice for it. Otherwise, seems pretty generic band, but I'll keep my verdict open still - they seem to be the kind of band I often end up liking..

hey cool! I always thought PIERROT was such a cool act... I think I have some of their CD's somewhere still.. Let's dust them off

I like drawings of Sivy, Andy and Kazuki the most. Their faces are the best imo. and what's up with the electric cord head? Keep up the good work! Sharing your stuff can be nervous at first, but it goes away surprisingly fast.

Ha! cool! I'm currently living in Espoo too(Leppävaara) Only for a 2 more months though..
-
@allisappyea sure! I don't turn down drinks I'm around Helsinki, so if you happen to come here, put some message ^^

Just so no one has any misconceptions about me. I look like a washed out junkie with a gollum-like posture. Random eye makeup doesn't help :'D

@plastic_rainbowyea hey I definitely agree with you. I too like to see the work that went into the picture, just the same as I enjoy seeing brush strokes in more traditional paintings. So ya, we're in the same boat in that sense ^^ But there is some truth to the criticism, because I often leave my stuff in an unfinished state - without realizing it. I've had on few occasions someone suggest that I continue a little bit further with some works and the end results are usually clearly better. So there is truth to me being a bit too sloppy in that regard. Just gotta find the golden middle road somewhere. I posted my stuff on this Finnish FB-site with lots of amateur and pro graphic artists/painters/etc. and got feedback about working more on composition and anatomy. So those are the things I'm gonna be concentrating in the future. I'm already going to this live model drawing courses to work on the anatomy. yay

the original was in "english" too. It was played at the end of the movie Saw IV.
-
whatdya mean? IV was released in 2007 already. It's probably my favourite of their new material. Jade is pretty cool too as is Beneath the Skin. I'm fine with ballads too, always liked them, but Hero and Born to be Free are such cringeworthy cheesefests that I can't take it >_<

I’m proud to announce The GAS is debuting at tapastic.com today! It’s gonna be interesting seeing how people there welcome my beloved series. Is it another chapter of extreme disgust or perhaps… it’s finally understood as the leading spearhead of the modern neo-pop art movement that it really is? it's here: https://tapastic.com/series/The-GAS---Shokuchi-Family-Feud

I don't know about the community at webtoons... It's pretty funny imo. The GAS is stuck there with shitpoor ratings :'D Many people misunderstand my manga Although I kinda enjoy the extreme negative reactions too. But I'm glad there are few people every now and then that seem to like the stuff. It's slowly getting more readers too - which I don't know if it's a good thing or bad thing. It means I can't just ditch the thing. But thanks for the tip! I'll be checking that tapastic out and most likely putting everything there too! ^^

I've been busy doing other graphical stuff lately, but here are few new pieces:
-
you got other good ideas? I got to webtoons, because a friend of mine introduced it to me.
-
you look like The Anime Man

I'm not as big of a completionist as you guys. I usually do few sidequests here and there and then move on. I'm kinda eager on getting more involved in the story, that's why. Also the game feels more challenging when you're not over leveled up at the beginning. I actually really enjoy sitting in the car and chilling in this game It's relaxing after fighting for my life in a dungeon and nearly running out of curatives. I never use fast travel in this game, just sit back, listen to music and watch scenery~

I don't usually play much, but hafta say FFXV has stolen my attention. It feels very much Final Fantasy and I'm liking the characters more than I expected to. Ignis is really annoying tho. The only negative so far is the world building and story I guess. I haven't watched any other media related to this world and I have no idea what's going on. I Guess there is some war and stuff, but we're too busy roadtripping around collecting swords and summons. Most of the story segments so far feel a little disjointed, that doesn't help... But from what I understand - the story picks up at some point and there's going to be less free roaming car action.
-
thank you@violetchainfor the lovely reminder of LA Guns. <3 All the confusion between different versions of the band was annoying and made me feel uncertain about them. Would love to have such a "definite version"

Agreed. I generally don't like over 10 track albums, they become cluttered easily. SM - I feel like is perfect as it is. But with 420, I don't usually feel like listening to the whole thing. @Platy, I love that video, just saw it on tumblr. I feel like Mejibray are going more n more hipster as days pass, I wonder if it's going to affect their music. Kinda hoping yes.
-
@KaleidoscopeMejibray's "SM" is the best album by a long shot imo. I feel like it's the most cohesive package too. It's the thing that made me fall for the band. It's also heavily MiA's guitar driven album, which I just love. 420 doesn't have as catchy stuff.
