...Maybe swap Shinya with him?Mika had some rockin’ double bass parts when he was in Rentrer en Soi, I just never heard them clearly until I heard live performances.
His feel is totally different than Shinya’s though. I’m not sure it would work.

If World of Mercy ended up on TiW – based on setlist – it would have potentially ended up closing out the album. That would have been an absolute travesty as far as I’m concerned.
I’m over being upset about the mix for TiW. DEG albums have sounded far worse than this, and in some ways it does sound like it’s a raw live recording. Only thing that bothers me is Toshiya gets buried and, uh, Keigaku no Yoku and Zetsuentai should have been placed farther away from each other.
In hindsight it’s tighter and more focused than DSS, remastered Uroboros, and Arche. Like I’m getting old and I don’t have time for albums that push 70 minutes anymore, okay?!

I can’t help it, all I could do was roll my eyes when I saw Jin obscured his face.

The guitar tones are always so terrible when they have artists do stuff like this. Die and Kaoru did a similar video about ten years ago that suffered the same fate.

The cover for the latest Blu-ray (I forget which Latin word it is this time) is literally a woman’s legs spread open with some artwork where the cooter would be. Sukekiyo has a running theme right now apparently.

$50-$60 is still too much. I’m no expert on Japan’s economy, I just know I can’t afford it anymore.

I’ve finally reached the point where I look at the prices of these live DVDs and wonder what the bands are smoking.

Ninshi reached out to Dimlim on twitter because they were trying to send an email, but apparently Dimlim’s email wasn’t working or accepting it. It was probably about this.

Just learned that Periphery are currently a “no bass band” since their bassist quit in 2017.
Given how much Dimlim’s sound post-Issei is inspired by Periphery, I wonder if they think they can thrive without a bassist because Periphery is doing it.
Periphery also has more than one guitarist though, so...

Christ, did the band sit down and discuss the concept of this album was going to be thumbing their collective noses at what few fans they have left? This shit is weird.
Then again, it’s like these lyrics were written with the knowledge that MISC wouldn’t be well received, because we sure as fuck had no idea what we were in for thru most of 2019

The first 30 seconds of Funny World sound like a Miyavi song.

So far these interviews have come off as some dudes pretending to be in a band.
