The general consensus among the fans in Japan is that they broke up to leave Shimizuya Records and their shitty management. Of course, no solid proof, but I definitely believe that considering their shady business practices.
Also I'm pretty sure Izumi forced them to pump out another single last minute to further cash out on their disbandment despite being overworked for months.
Izumi is one greedy piece of shit. He even raised the price of cheki at the last live. 

I still blame the record company for this disbandment...
 
and really hope that they will just form a 'new' band under a different name or something.

it is announced at NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST one-man live tour "VANADIS" tour final at EX THEATER ROPPONGI at 2016/05/22 that their best album (title not yet finalized) will be released in 2016 winter, although details have not yet been announced

When I saw that tweet I also figured that something is going to happen. 
 
It's still up in the air whether it ends up being some session live none of us will attend or a new band. I mean it hasn't been that long since they disbanded, so I don't think there's any reason yet to worry about him coming back.

Iori is the guilty. He cheated his wife with a fan, that sent their facebook conversation print screens to a friend that posted it on a very known forum. It happened around november 25th, the japanese fans thought it was unforgiveable and started asking him to leave the band. So they ended up deciding to disband.
