Tie-ins only really bother me when it compromises the song and/or artist in some way due to the nature and constraints of the relationship.
I listen to a couple pop artists who do a couple songs for anime and/or dramas here and there but when I listen to them, it still sounds like one of their songs that just got some outside use, rather than a song that was made for them to sing that sort of sits in an "uncanny valley" sort of place where it's the same artist but sounds slightly off.
 
Plus you also get instances where songs made for other mediums and uses tend to want to follow the style. I remember a major 'weaboo' point was that they only listened to anime openings and other music like them, but personally I've never come across it in any of the artists I listen to often, off the top of my head at least.

The album as a whole sounded a lot more consistent than pandora did to me, it gets better and better every time I listen to it (and Abel & Cain has to be one of their coolest songs ever imo) I'm glad I motivated myself to buy a physical copy of this.

i used to only like a few tracks out of the whole album of sim's 
this album was nothing but excellent . i loved every track !

They might be a bit too pop for this thread, but I love Shounannokaze. They're goofy, yes, but their voices all have so much personality and their lives look like so much fun.

How is it unfair? Isn't voting supposed to determine who's popular? Of course these three should have won, if they're popular with their fanbase.

Kept my expectations very low before i hit play on the preview.
 
I'm glad i did. I'll peep the full song or whatever but the clip, to me, isn't anything to get hyped up about at the moment.  
 
With that said, I am currently checking out SiM because of this and i'm liking what i'm hearing. There is some good here. 

Anyone else have mind for Redrum? The one where the singer left for some other band with a stupid name that turned out to be terrible?
