Well, Koyomi actually used to play in Chiaki's old band, Yukiline (commonly misspelled as Yukilein, but their still existing website says Yukiline)
Also, the support guitarist in that same band, was also the guitarist of Mei's old band, Rose Valley. The guitarist in question is Ritsu from Smileberry.
So, it's not too surprising Kuroyuri and Dezert are similar. I mean, they seem to have similar music tastes, and they probably still bounce ideas off of eachother. (Either that or they have some rivalry xD)
