Necroing the thread, but it seems I'm the only one with a first hand account on him and maybe this can put OP's mind at ease if they're still concerned.

I used to speak to Yohio regularly when I was 16 and he was 13. He was incredibly nice then. Maybe him being interested sex is true, he was quite flirty when I spoke with him but in a sweet way, not creepy. He was also very serious about his music and a skilled guitarist, especially for that age, and practiced vk back then too. So I don't believe rumors that he uses vk as a way to get laid. Of course, we were both kids and people can change. But if someone told me he used vk as a means to get easy sex from fangirls, I wouldn't believe it.
