I heard about it in a Spanish thread . People were debating if the Gallo man was Nine or his twin. The only one who looks like Nine is a dude named Andy, who does look like Nine's twin. Andy's bday says Dec and Nine says June so maybe they just look a like  or maybe Nine was a support member  That would be cool to ask Andy about it
