We do not use "in" to refer to specific places but "at". Generally, "in" is used with countries, cities, large areas...

The South Korea-based band DARK MIRROR OV TRAGEDY have released their new album "I Am The Lord Ov Shadows" on 2018.09.19 via the Korean label BuyHard (about 12 euros). Worldwide versions will be released through Dead Pulse on 2019.01.22. (11 euros). You can also buy it from the Japanese Amazon for 2160 yen (about 17 euros)
