Sure, that's a fact. And talking about all the bands that do this kind of stuff, in most cases the original versions are better than the re-records (thankfully not always, but yeah). There is only one band from Québec that I know, and it's Forteresse. I know another one by name (only tried one or two songs from them), which is Blasphemy (though I'm not sure if they're Québecian, I think not). Forteresse is an atmpospheric black metal and "Québécois nationalist" band, so their lyrics are focused on patriotism and that kind of stuff. And concerning the lyrics, they're always written in French. http://youtu.be/h3DBnyrNn3w http://youtu.be/gbJp_c3XaE0 Awesome stuff, huh. And that's all what I know about the Québecian black metal scene (you can notice that my knowledge about that scene is over 9000) so I personally wouldn't mind discovering some bands. That'd be great actually.

^ It's available now on CD as exclusive, limited to 2000 items. So if you definitely wanna grab it, hurry up! → Link. xDD. Couldn't agree more, but hey, at least they didn't killed the song. I mean, it doesn't sound horrible or something.

Didn't know that Behemoth released an EP recently this year, titled Xiądz. Tracklist: 1. Nieboga Czarny Xiądz 2. Moonspell Rites (Re-recorded) 3. Towards The Dying Sun We March Good stuff overall, as always. Nieboga Czarny Xiądz and Towards The Dying Sun We March are really good songs... Only listened it once but I difentely should give this EP several listens. Concerning Moonspell Rites I prefer the version of And the Forests Dream Eternally, which sounds more black-ish. But still this new version is so good, updated in accordance to their new sound. I dig it.

I mostly use my smartphone for its main utility; calling and eventually, texting. My mother bought the Samsung Galaxy S2 the day it came out in Belgium (so 3 years and 6 months ago) and then she gave it to me after a year, and it still works perfectly today. I have lost count of how many times it fell to the ground and still keeps working, I dunno if whether it's by luck or the phone is as much solid as the Nokia 3310, but I'm really glad with it. Though I think the S2 is no longer available for sale... Screw that marketing strategy. But anyway, if ever you'll have to chose between an iPhone and a Samsung, go for the Samsung. Then, concerning the Motorola, I haven't heard bad things about it so it would also be a good choice. Plus, many people say that it's a better phone than the last Samsung phones that came out... So yeah, give the priority to the Motorola over the Samsung.

The Ballad of Narayama - Really an awesome movie. The filmmaker decided to focus on the realism side of the movie and he fully succeeded; a Japanese village (apparently, around a century ago) surrounded by nothing but wildlife, and the purpose is to survive. Its realistic side show us the disgusting appearance of life and the way people lived at the time. And that's roughly the context. I won't go into details and explain the storyline, I recommend you this movie to see by yourself.

What a fucking coincidence, I just came here to give my feedback about that movie and now I'm noticing that you saw it too, haha. I also gotta admit that the title caught my attention and it made me wanna watch it (boredom was killing me anyway, so I didn't start reading people's opinion on whether it is a good movie or not). I don't usually watch this kind of movies and it kept me really thrilled, It's definitely a great one. The actors are really good at their roles and I really dig the context of the movie, but I especially like how they don't tell us everything about some details and we have to piece some of those elements by our own. So it kinda lets your imagination to fill the undescribed stuff in the movie. I too recommend As Above, So Below to those who still haven't watched it. My rating : Btw, there are some stuff that I didn't understand in the movie so by googling the title I found a good sort of review/analysis. Contains SPOILERS so watch out and make sure you have watched the movie first before checking this link out.

If ever you still have time for this project then I would be pleased to give you a little help by answering to these questions. Gonna get the thing done right now and keep me informed so that I can send you the PM afterwards.

Dem Japanese hosts tho <3 Nah seriously, it's a cool new look even if I don't like it. But I don't really care as long as the music is fine.

DAMN, YOU GOT ME ALL FUCKED UP! Yeah that's right, I saw that many people dislike it. I personally discovered the band with "L'Ordure à l'état Pur" and still have 2 or 3 release from them to check out, but it's totally legit to think that said album is really superb. "La Sanie des siècles" is indeed a magnificent album. At first listen "Le mort joyeux" is the track that especially caught my attention the most but "Dueil angoisseus" is without any deny a fantastic song. Those vocals tho... So intense.

I didn't know they made a music video for "Dans Ma Nuit".. In any case, the video sticks very well with the song. Good stuff. By the way, I will take advantage that you're talking about K.P.N and say that "L'Ordure à l'état Pur" and their eponym album are totally awesome (yet quite different), though I only listened once to the eponym. "L'Ordure à l'état Pur" blew me away, and especially "J’avais rêvé du Nord" which is lyrically and musically awesome. A great masterpiece. Well, I hope you guys will enjoy seeing these bands you mentioned as much as I'll enjoy my exams, yeah fml !

If they release like only one new song after all this time, it would be the greatest pisstake of all time in J-Rock history. Also the guffaws would be epic.
-
This is fucking disappointing, but understandable. The only release I listened from them is "Future Tantric Engraved" (good shit, btw) and I honestly had some hopes to see them release something new again, but sadly that won't happen.

Yup, I really enjoyed the Budokai series but never tried Burst Limit (though I heard the game was poor compared to what Dimps produced in the past). What it's typical in the stuff they developed is the gameplay, in which you have less freedom of motion but that remains totally superb (even if it looks like they'll keep the same gameplay of the previous games for Xenoverse). That said, the fact that Dimps produced good BDZ games is reassuring and allows us to hope for something decent... Still the storyline doesn't seduce me.
-
Seeing what sort of game "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" will be, I expect something really mediocre - yet I'll definitely try the game when it will come out. I don't like the plot, if I may say so. Anyway, the DBZ games died after Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Spike have no idea of what they're doing since the PS3/X360 gen... But hey, let's wait and see what Dimps are capable to produce.
-
These samples sound good, indeed this could probably be their best album... But I'd rather not rely on previews that barely reach 30 seconds and better wait until I've listened to the whole album.
-
It looks so awesome and... sexy, but the best part is that the final version of the game is yet to come. My Tekken 7 hype level is too damn high! Otherwise, what's new concerning the arab fighter? Not an official Tekken 7 character yet or what? If we add Claudio and Katarina we already know the 3 new fighters and I guess that 2 or 3 more characters will be added to the game, but whatever. For now let's just wait for more news.

Same, I started playing FFXII: IZJS on PCSX2 as it has been a long time since I've finished FFXII on PS2, what an amazing game. I plan to start again FFX and why not the previous FF games too. Still on PCSX2, I also started DBZ: BDT3 as I never had the opportunity to play it since its release and I'm loving it so far. Probably the best DBZ game ever made.
-
Fuck yeah, now this is good news for a shitty day. And that new song sounds good, can't wait.
-
Indeed the song is so goddamn catchy, I love it. Can't wait to try this new album.
-
What I like the most in this band is probably the way they manage to stay creative and at the same time they prevent their sound to go generic, which is not something easy when you're a deathcore/metalcore band. After their debut I've been a bit worried because they started to suffer of a lack of inspiration but thankfully they fixed that problem. Because yeah, usually, a deathcore band's originality doesn't tend to last long enough... That said, I just hope that GENESIS won't be the only good song coming from the album.
-
So I'm waiting for a hairy Ken with a paunch and acne to be released and I'll be really able to say that shit just got real.
-
It looks totally awesome to me, keep it up!

^ That's the reason why I no longer listen to new VK bands like I used to.

I finished reading Blame! some weeks ago, it's really an awesome manga. I loved its chaotic/shambolic art and the "story", even if I'm not sure of having understand the end... But whatever. I should check out more stuff from Nihei Tsutomu, this guy is awesome. Currently I started reading Devilman and Defense Devil, I finished the first tomes of both mangas and I'm liking them so far.
