Still. The examples seem a little off for the most part?
I'm not usually one to play the 'you use genres wrong' card, especially when it comes to those loose subgenres of vk but many things in this poll seem weird to me.
Not sure about ones like 'Iyrou kei' or 'Tanbi' kei as I don't see them used at all for the most part, but 'Nagoya kei' for example has been a style of music for quite a long time and the examples don't quite hit the nail on the head. Most people would propably associate it with influential early acts such as 黒夢, Laputa or ROUAGE or the popular second wave nagoya bands (like deadman or Phobia for example). Deathgaze and lynch are both bands from nagoya and do have the dark aesthetics of the genre but the music they play propably isn't really what comes to mind when hearing the term.
And I feel similarily about labeling kagerou a 'kurofuku' band next to BT because whenever I saw it used as a 'genre' it was used to refer to very early bands, like LUNA SEA for example, kagerou kinda seem out of place there.
Also, how are late Dir en grey kotekote? (one might even argue if they qualify as vk at all)
I know 'soft visual' as a word to describe the countless mid-90s pop acts (think GLAY, Dear Loving or any popular band of that time after signing a major contract) and even referred to as a dead genre. However... SID propably fits in nicely.

Here's my unpopular opinion so feel free to disagree.
Different ≠ Good. I'm tired of hearing "so-and-so is the 1251878th pop-rock band, therefore they are shit." I need someone to explain to me - logically - how people actually arrive at the ludicrous position that being different is a necessary condition for being good. If someone likes a certain style or sound - isn't it obviously natural to continue seeking out the same sound he enjoys so that he can derive the same satisfaction from it? People who love 90s nagoya kei are unwavering fans because of its very distinctive sound which has been arguably "lost" - and hence the nostalgia for that period. Is that really hard to understand? No. While having some originality is always welcome, it is neither necessary nor sufficient (nor even the most important) criterion for enjoying the music in question.
Pop-rock tends to be unfairly tagged as "the genre where everything-sounds-the-same" although pretty much the same thing can be said of "dark/gloomy kei", "core-ish music", electro, etc. Any counter-objection that I'm over-reducing the complexity of latter "genres" can be likewise applied to pop-rock, which I believe is more diverse than what most people (especially people who despise it) assume it to be. These days everything from Royz to Xepher to AKB48 are being carelessly chucked in the amorphous and ever-extending category of "poppish music", which allegedly (and almost by definition) sound the same. I do wonder if it isn't laughingly pretentious for people to dismiss stuff they don't like by saying "pop-rock all sound the same, hence they are garbage" while remaining willfully blind to their own human impulse to seek out the same sound/style when it comes to their pet subgenres. (I'm not going to name anyone.)
It's incredibly easy to sound different. I can record 620 minutes of belting chromatic scales non-stop, or 4 seconds of farting into the microphone. Sadly that makes for neither good nor enjoyable music.

Whoa. That's taking this whole thing to an extreme level. This is talking about people who you don't know requesting music from you that you aren't obligated to share in the first place. This is not ignoring that kid in school who needs friends. This is the internet, and people need to back off of it half the time. Seek help, don't blame people on the internet for ignoring you if you're to some kind of mental breaking point. How is that some stranger on the internet's responsibility???? No one is attacking you.
And just because you think you're asking politely... the whole act of asking without knowing a person is just as rude in my book. Seriously, if that same person wrote me in the beginning like "Oh hey, I noticed we like the same band, can I add you?" And then we exchanged a few messages. Guess what? I'd be like 90% more inclined to fulfill their request. But these people are coming up as entitled strangers with "Upload this album for me, please?". That is barely polite in my book. Barely. I'm sorry but I don't owe them anything. Not even a reply. They don't care about me, I'm not wasting my time. Like I already mentioned, I do this because too many people have been rude to me and bullying me for turning them down but you don't seem to understand that. I have a similar history as stylelover. I used to reply to everyone but I got too many nasty comments when I didn't want to share. Even some who harassed me for months and found me on other media sites. It was really awful. So I stopped sharing anywhere outside of these kind of places. Equating ignoring upload requests on the internet to bullying is such a load of crap, because it's not even close. You're asking people to be kind out of respect to you're unknown past but you're not giving anyone else the same treatment.
I upload on places like MH and jps because when I do feel like uploading something; I will make it easy to find. I am not your personal music vending machine. If I don't share something I probably have my reasons and It'd be nice if people respected that.

I noticed some very strange things about Kisaki's bands Levia and LAYBIAL, which were around in 1993 and 1994. For example, this is the tracklisting of the MISS tape by LAYBIAL.

So.. Can anyone explain this? For me, it doesn't make sense at all.
VICE∞RISK and Nude of J seem to be COMPLETELY unrelated to Kisaki or his bands. I even compared the member names, because sometimes members went into different bands and rerecorded songs they've written for another band, but there's not a single similar name anywhere.
Was Kisaki making things up when he decided to release information about this old bands and just took random songtitles of obscure bands from that time? O:
Or did the bands just covered each other, which is highly unlikely...
I know there's a KISAKI history book out there. Maybe someone here owns it, so we could compare the titles? But I'm 99% sure that it will contain the same information as on that UCP site.

Although I'd be careful in interpreting any political statement into this.
'Abortion' has been a classic theme with the darker vk bands ever since 黒夢s 中絶 and 生きていた中絶児 in the early 90s. Dir en greys try on that motif is pretty well-known, too, I think.
It's also important to notice that japans view on abortion is very different from many western countries with christian roots and this kind of song isn't as controversial there.

This continues to happen because Kisaki is thirsty for attention. He will do anything to evoke a reaction from fans. Honestly, he would have a great reputation amongst visual kei fans if he didn't resort to doing shady things to maximize his profits. No one can deny that Undercode was a powerful force in the visual world for quite some time. He's been around the block, mentored a lot of musicians, gave some bands the opportunity to succeed that they would have not had without him. That goes without saying.
Kisaki comes up time and time again because he keeps getting caught. He's not low. Tax evasion was a bad idea. Cranegate was even worse. This was a better - but still pretty bad - idea. I'm sure he's got other scandals I don't know about. If you've been bullied because of your opinions on Kisaki, that's unfortunate. No one here is going to bully you about that. However, don't let your desire to see the good in him hide all the scandals that he put himself in that are entirely his fault.
When you sit down and think about why Kisaki would go through so much trouble to seem "interesting", it all comes back to wanting attention. He couldn't have made much money off the demo tapes. You couldn't even say that it would go back into Undercode. It was so much effort for so little gain that only a narcissist, a con artist, or a trickster would think that they could do it and get away with it. He technically already did since there's little connecting him to the demo tapes he sold except for the word of some people here. I doubt anything bad will happen to him. I doubt those bands he ripped music off of care much (or are even aware). This is just a case where visual kei fans want to unravel the mystery behind old demo tapes and it happens to involve Kisaki and it happens to not make much sense.

I agree with nekkichi when I say that we're not digging into his private life, but his professional life. If this WERE digging into his private life without his consent, then I too would not appreciate it out of a lack of respect, but it's honestly not. Kisaki basically created tapes made up of other bands' music to expand his personal discography and thought he could get away with it. Kisaki also did many other things in his professional life that he really shouldn't be proud of (Google pictures-scandal, Phantasmagoriagate, tax fraud, and I won't be surprised if we'll be adding stuff to this list in the future). I also agree with Yuugi; if this had been any other semi-popular VK guy I doubt he would've gone under the radar.
In all honesty, Kisaki just desperately wants attention and apparently his music/actual band isn't succesful enough to do that for him. And sorry if this sounds too harsh, but nobody is forcing you to visit or read this thread. Saying how everyone participating in it is just out to get Kisaki is not going to make the thread less active, in fact, it'll most probably have the opposite effect. Like I said before, if it involved digging into his private life I would heavily disapprove as well, but it's not.

I noticed some very strange things about Kisaki's bands Levia and LAYBIAL, which were around in 1993 and 1994. For example, this is the tracklisting of the MISS tape by LAYBIAL.

I can upload pics of the VICE∞RISK and Nude of J tracklists, if you guys want to see a proof.
So.. Can anyone explain this? For me, it doesn't make sense at all.
VICE∞RISK and Nude of J seem to be COMPLETELY unrelated to Kisaki or his bands. I even compared the member names, because sometimes members went into different bands and rerecorded songs they've written for another band, but there's not a single similar name anywhere.
Was Kisaki making things up when he decided to release information about this old bands and just took random songtitles of obscure bands from that time? O:
Or did the bands just covered each other, which is highly unlikely...
I know there's a KISAKI history book out there. Maybe someone here owns it, so we could compare the titles? But I'm 99% sure that it will contain the same information as on that UCP site.

The thought that someone would play music on Nude of J level, then record something as lame as 奴隷華 with his next band is unrealistic enough in itself.
