He posted news not avaible on twitter, vkdb, visunavi, visulog, etc. Infos about live distr. CDs you NEVER could've found out about except you check 2ch or stalk auctions 24/7. I dont know how he knows this by going the lives himself and instantly posting what the vocalist just gave only by voice as information and which was never written anywhere else EXCEPT maybe 2ch. So good luck not only learning japanese, but also that slang used on 2ch to get infos about obscure small bands.
Might also go and piss off YNS and numetal and your dl section is dead aka Nr.1 reason next to news section. Will the handful of people caring/reading the other stuff done by mods here then? (I cant tell anything what mods/admins do in the background noone notices, here i feel/guess they always did an amazing job, but the written contributions, reviews..haha)

Actually yes. That was the point. If you aren't interesting in some session bands that doesn't automatically mean others aren't interested in them as well.

The amount of news from now on will decrease. News about well known bands are easy to find will be still posted, but obscure bands news will dissapear. That's a pity.
 
@Trombethank you for the work you've done. It actually helped me many times to decide what music I will buy.
 

i'm sad to see that it has come to this.
 
not gonna take sides since I hardly know the details of the drama, but no matter how you look at it this is a blow for people who actually care about the 'no 1 curr' bands, or random ad-hoc sessions, or what live-limited cd is being distributed in sendai next weekend. whether the news is of quality is for the audience to judge; however without an appreciable volume of news filtering in there's nothing left to know about, much less to judge. and regardless if you like trombe, or however questionable his motives may be, it can't be denied that he's been a great service to not just you and me but the international vk community since it should be patently obvious that every self-professed 'vk news source' out there is basically a c+p of what's posted in MH.

You shall be missed, @Trombeif this is really your final decision. Thanks for the awesome work!

Congrats for killing MH, the main thing of this forum is the fact that there are news posted daily, you can track every releasse including live limited releases
 
if those news don't appear anymore, or 1 out of 10 news appear, where's the point now ?  I honestly don't give a **** about your dramas as long as it doesn't change anything on MH, apparantly now it does.
 
so far nobody was able to post as much news as Trombe does/did

Hei guys,
I am new to the board but not to the VK and J-rock scene. I listen to that kind of music for over 12 years now and I thought it would be nice to meet new people who also enjoy the same taste ^^
 
Well I really don't like introductions but here are some facts of me:
 
I speak English, German and I am currently learing Japanese in my 3rd year, I also started to learn finish but I am not very good at it my hobbies are collecting CDs, Music DVDs and Artist books. My  collecion of CDs/DVDs/Tapes and so on is currently around 750, but I try to be at 800 by the end of the year I love my Ball-Jointed-Dolls. At the moment I own 32. Six of them are inspired by musicians. So two of them are Dir en Grey Kyo and Kaoru minimees, which means they are made to look like the real one. The other 4 are the guys of The 3rd Birthday. Eru and Tomoya are in Balalaika now, so I will continue to create the dolls like their real self. (The real guys know and love their little ones, that makes me for sure continue). Folie and Yu-chi will be like they were in The 3rd Birthday. I also don't plan to get Yuudai and Kei to complete Balalaika. I love going to concerts I work at an online radio named Radio Diabolos and we are airing a J-rock show every two weeks on friday from 2.00-4.00p.m. C.E.T. I am a Student I love sewing  
And on the end I should name some of my favourit bands. Mostly I love indie Bands. I think I will go with my top 10 active bands:
