  1.

you need to uninstall the malware program via control pannel > uninstall programs (the ads program will probably have "shop" on its name, but uninstall everything suspicious you don't use)

This is why keeping logs are a good idea. You can keep track of what installed and where (makes it easier to find the virus). My idea OP is to learn how to use the Resource Monitor when all is said and done.

What antivirus are you using? Also, what do you mean by "everything?" Have you viewed all the extensions in your browser as well as plug-ins?

  2. x2 on the SONY NEX Series. The whole mirrorless concept is just hnng.

I still have my NEX-3 from long ago and am just acquiring an NEX-5N (used of course), and the best part is that NEW OR OLD, the lenses are interchangeable with little to no hassle.

Should I acquire an ALPHA Series, I could bring all my lenses over and use them too.

I can vouch for the DSLR lineup right now from SONY being top notch. ISO is second to none.

The support for the lenses is insane too (at least right now). Keep in mind, SONY pretty much abandoned the NEX lineup for the new ALPHA series.

The only thing I will point out and I'm sure any other NEX owner can vouch, is the loud shutter. Personally, if I'm going to use a camera, I want people to notice and move the hell out of the way so I can take my picture. Although there are others who want to shoot photos and ninja out of there. Also the auto settings can be a pain for a rookie.

Video on the earlier NEX models were lackluster until about the 5N (1080p).

My question for you is: HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO SPEND?

For a beginner looking for a DSLR for everything, I HIGHLY recommend the SONY a5100 (Alpha Series). I used that thing and almost drooled from satisfaction haha. Basically tore apart the BEST components from the NEX lineup and shoved it into that DSLR.

  3. I haven't been a huge fan of their recent releases, but like mentioned above try their first album 明鏡止水,

personally I recommend everything because these guys are what got me into vk

Agreed. Start from the beginning. I've been a fan since they formed and their transition is awesome.

  4. They mean everything to me, and not at all. It's a complicated answer.

My most favorite thing to do when I first listen to a song is to listen to it repeatedly.

With every listen, I try and gauge the theme of the song by:

    • Tone of voice
    • Tempo (BPM usually)
    • Composition of each instrument at play
    • Duration of the track
    • How well each instrument enters and exits the spotlight

I believe my most memorable track is July 8 by the GazettE. I spent almost 3 years listening to that track, never caring for the actual translation of the lyrics. The emotion I felt represented by what the GazettE brought forth through their instruments was a translation in itself.

I did eventually look up the lyrical translation, and immediately broke into tears of disbelief because the translation was EXACTLY what I had translated in my mind every time I listened to that song.

So in other words, lyrics mean everything to me, but only after having figured out the translation for myself. So it's up to the band to give me something to feel upon first listen.

This applies strongly to Japanese music.

  5. If you had heard a song like Kakusei Heroism without knowing Bou had left and Takuya had replaced him, you would NEVER have guessed it was a different guitarist. You may not like the song itself, but no way would you have said "oh shit, they must have gotten a new guitarist because this sounds so different from before". You wouldn't have heard a god damn difference at all.

The difference between Shikisai Moment and Magnya Carta is a million times bigger than the difference between Magnya Carta and Gokutama Rock Cafe. Music-wise Gokutama Rock Cafe is nothing but a Magnya Carta v2.0, and you can hear that the majority of the songs are written by the same guys who wrote the majority of Magnya Carta. It's weaker, sure, but it sounds more or less the same.

You're right. Anyone who DIDN'T know he had left would have no way to tell the difference. How in the hell am I NOT gonna notice the addition of keyboard and new guitarist when I was a fan then.

    It's whatever doe.

I completely read his sentence as "since Maple Gunman" and not as "before/during Maple Gunman".

So Seikun's saying that "Maple Gunman was a terrible track" and every track since?

    My bad.

  6. i thought there was a slight chance that this was a big, exciting band with all the posts in 1 day on this thread, but its mostly a roast

    i love this forum

Well with the shit quality we have for teasers, it's too soon to tell.

Me no roast. I actually think it's pretty good. There's an admirable aspect about these "demos" that make me enjoy listening.

There's actually some fresher meat in the scene. Honing in on those vocal skills, and the band may get somewhere.

    ESPECIALLY WITH THAT NAME.

  7. I think An Cafe ruined it since Bou left the group. Their music was more interesting before Bou left.

    FTFY.

Their replacement sure did change the music direction, I'll agree with that.

edit: They didn't want to replace Bou's place so they chose to compose differently instead. Obviously not the best decision, but kept their word and that's respectable.
