I agree that a majority of the retakes don't quite stand up to the originals, but it's not like we can't just listen to the original any time instead. I do wish they hadn't changed up the composition so much on the older tracks though, a cleaner take of The Dead Sea and Mistake would have been awesome. I'm interested to see how Hunger turns out on the White edition.

Their old stuff is excellent, their new stuff is excellent, and everything in-between is hit-or-miss. Hasn't been shared anywhere yet as far as I know but their latest live-dist is great (appare chindouchuu).

The only idea I have is closing iTunes, deleting iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml and restarting iTunes. There should be nothing here anymore so force it to rebuild the library by going Add to Library and pointing it to the iTunes Media folder. To be safe you can always backup the itl/xml files first.

I really liked the whole release. I can't get warui kusuri out of my head.

13stairs, the creepy opening, the energetic second part, the gradually speeding up ending... solid composition. For more recent tracks, UNDYING is solid for initially sounding pretty chaotic but ultimately being both a hard hitter and having a really powerful chorus.

For a little extra detail, the Japanese (loan) word for alchemy would be romanized as ARUKEMI- so they just kept the English 'ch' for stylistic purposes I guess. The spelling combined with the design looks quite oriental to me though so I didn't realise at first either.
