Clearly you do care, otherwise you would have moved on. I have an idea of why she instantly said no which I'll get into later. But for now let's continue.

Mistake numero uno. Never do that. Romance doesn't work like that in real life. In the movies, the man can try again and again and eventually the woman will "see the error of her ways and turn around" because the movie requires a happy ending. In real life, no means no means no and there's nothing you can do to change that.

Because she said no already and you didn't get the message? I had a girl who would do the same thing (usually while drunk) and would never get the message. I ended up having to avoid her because she didn't comprehend the meaning of no.

Because she's afraid you're going to ask her out again probably.

    No.

No one but her can answer this question. Unfortunately for you, she's not talking to you anymore. So you may never get the actual reason why she said no. Here are a few reasons I can come up with: She's not attracted to you. She thinks you might be creepy because you confused persistence with crossing boundaries. She might be afraid of what her parents would think. Especially if she's from that culture, her parents may not approve of her dating people that aren't Chinese. In this case it's not just a Chinese thing. I've seen Indian, Japanese, Korean, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Caucasian, Black, etc. parents who feel the same way. As I said before, there's nothing you can do to change that mindset of hers/her parents. The bold is what I think it is. If you spent a lot of time around her before she stopped talking to you, you should have gotten an idea about her, her family background, and if you had a shot in the first place before you went for it. If you don't know this, you tried too early. If you did know this and you went anyway, I'm not going to commend your tenacity. Just...don't. There are 3.5 billion women in the world. If this one says no, try another one.

What the hell does this have to do with her being Chinese? She just doesn't wanna date you dude, get over it.

It isn't a Chinese thing. Simply put, if a girl is nice to you it doesn't always mean they like you in that way. She probably just wanted to be friends and felt annoyed because you didn't see it this way.
She's most likely not talking to you because you'll get the wrong idea and ask her out again

@Cat: Zion all the way! To me that is the release that most encompasses their high points electronica- and metalcore-wise, plus almost all songs on it are catchy as hell!

That said, so far that one is their last good release as far as I'm concerned. Their first EP thingie from 2009 was pretty solid, and the album that came afterwards was somewhat okay too but their latest full-length...just no. Maybe a very small handful of cool tracks and then lots of filler and uninspired feather-light alternative-metal-copying.

Oh boy. To say it in the words of the infamous LA Beast: "I don't feel well.. I think I might throw up."
This single is as half-assed as it could possibly be. The title track is weak as usual. A generous rock song without any risks taken.. and I mean really none. 3/10
The B- Side is a bit stronger, again as usual Nightmare strike with a well worked out ballad.. just failing to be interesting enough or having any kind of climax. 5/10
And what the hell is that last song? Were they trying to recreate Gianism San for 2-year-olds, while being on every possible drug there is? If you think only that title is stupid as fuck, you're fatally wrong! 0/10 and I don't want to listen to that EVER AGAIN!!!
    Any other opinions?

lbr if they were actually taking drugs it would've only helped their music at this point

this is like the most uninspired spineless single they've released in a really long time (and they haven't put a really good one for years as well to balance this crap out), so I kind of pretend it didn't happen at all tbh

Worse than death, could only take 3 secods of each song except for the third one. That was two seconds. I counted them.

Lets see here...Kaoru said that the Unraveling is just a new song and its not likely it'll be on the new album. This means the only singles so far are RINKAKU and STU. Makes me believe that there is going to be yet another single in the near future before November. The gap from STU till then is way to wide not to have one.

As for this DVD, I like what I'm seeing so far. However, I really wish after this, Die seriously needs to consider fine tuning the sound on his 7 strings. I don't know if its the pickups or his rig but consistently since they started playing after DSS was released, he sticks out like a sore thumb and its terrible. Its sounds like he's playing with an expensive toy ESP guitar. The remixes and stuff, don't bother and such. I was actually wondering when they would drop the actual symphonic version's of the said tracks. Seems as if they planned things out rather clever in regards to when and how they were released.

usually i think i prefer the more old-school VK band like calmando qual here,
but in this case with lycaon in the race i must admit, that with their pv for eros, with them actually swallowing cum, they've shown a dedication to the whole VK-genre that other bands still struggle to achieve.

my vote goes for modern VK here

It`s not showing off if you can back it up.

But in any case, the essence of Electric Lead Guitar has always been flopping around on stage, making crazy faces, keeping a solo going for as long as you can, or just belting out loud riffs to the audience.

From Chuck Berry, and others of his time who inspired Rock and Roll / Classic Rock, to Angus Young of AC/DC (watch one of his live performances and tell me any VK artist comes that close to going over-the-top), to Van Halen (IMO one of the closest to playing solos just for the sake of attention, solos like in the song Jump I would honestly say are just there for the sake of having a solo and actually steal momentum from the song), to Randy Rhodes, etc...

As for Yngwie and Paganini not being creative but being more about virtuoso`s showing off, I dont get that.

Paganini and his Caprices changed music, showed people how you can use the Chromatic scale in ways not many has thought of, or been able to implement into compositions seamlessly, and inspired countless musicians... Nothing really sounds like him either.

Yngwie changed guitar. Rising Force was an album that changed everyones perception of what could be done in guitar, especially in modern genres. He is the one that changed the fact that songs were still composed in Box Scales and Regular Major or Minor Chords endlessly, and only certain tempos and phrasing was used. From him spawned a new generation of guitarists, and Rock / Metal was never the same. People started `shredding`, using different chords, scales such as Phrygian, Lydian more, etc... Tracks like Black Sun, Now your Ships are Burned, Icarus Suite etc... changed music, and it was never about showing off, it was his style, and how he composed music inspired by a mix of classical and modern. Live he showed off for sure, but on albums you can look at every note, how cleanly he plays it, how it all makes sense within the composition, how the phrasing all ties together, etc... Guitarists in VK such as Hizaki, etc... are based pretty closely off his style.

And as far as VK live, I agree with others that I wish there is more action and charisma, more flair, etc... I can appreciate a stoic member or band, but I also crave wild stuff like a TMR, Gackt, SuG (Takeru goes all out big or small venue) VAMPS, SID, DOG,  Alice Nine (around Vandalize album) concert. Seems more like the older bands and members in Japan are the ones that really deliver a performance and the younger ones need to catch up? Anyone have any good live performers to add?

If anyone is familiar with things in Kabuki like Mie, etc... I feel like more of that should be incorporated into lives nowadays, but then again, a lot of bands play shows in smaller venues most of the time leading up to one big show, and they play for audiences full of fans that go wild for whatever they do, so do some of these bands even have as much of a chance to learn and be big performers? All they have to do is scream Kakattekoi, or play a solo standing on the platform and the crowd pees themselves.

But if you play repeated big venues you have to keep them coming back, have to play to people who may not be as big fans, etc...

Also, if you play Inazuma Rock, and other stuff like that, you are competing with many other huge bands and have to steal the show or you might not be coming back.

    Just some of my opinions...

In general I think all of Diru's remixes are god awful. The only ones that aren't a horrendous mess are the acoustic versions of their songs.

I'm not so much into remixes, but some of them sound pretty fine (NOT the symphonic overlays). Love the idea having downy remixing Shitataru.#

They should really stop with that symphonic thing. They're not Dimmu Borgir (not even Matenrou or Versailles, urgh).. and I'm getting more and more worried about the upcoming album....

The price is for the premium edition made to celebrate his 45th single. Limited edition, best to buy off his store. Apparently you can strip the pillow and see it naked?
Regular edition will be announced later at a low price.
The Moon Saga album is a compilation of his live stage show from two years ago, and the new one for this year. It is specially made tracks for the performance he puts on. Limited edition comes with a classic styled fan.
I also believe it is Gackt's birthday today, not sure how many hundred years old he is now.

This is just another case where "conventional" people can blame video games for violence  and murders. And that's how you get games like Slenderman banned, because two fucking nitwits decided to "summon" the slenderman by killing another child. (That doesn't even make any sense. Have these kids even played slenderman?)
